Visionary

Ironically Blind, Visionary wanders into the Dark Elves faction as one of four epics required as part of the 2021 Christmas Fusion Event.

This is a great example of a strong but not overpowered, well designed champion that can have such a big impact in your dungeon teams and your progression throughout the game.

She brings the strong versions of both Decrease Critical Rate and Decrease Critical Damage debuffs (which was recently adjusted to be much more powerful!). These debuffs are not the usual standouts such as Decrease Attack but as most enemies will have 15% Critical rate, this ability essentially reduces the chance of a big critical hit from an enemy. She places these for 2 turns on all enemies on a 3 turn duration when booked. In addition, her A1 can reduce 15% of the turn meter of any target under these debuffs (30% when not) making her kit work well together.

Finally she brings a Turn meter Fill and the Increase Critical Rate and Increase Critical Damage buffs allowing your teams more budget for defensive or damaging stats. She even has a 24% Speed Aura in Dungeons.

A well designed epic, that can be used in all aspects of the game!
