Jingwon

Wielding his majestic axe infused with the sacred power of the Shadowkin, this Shinobi shows no mercy to anyone standing in his path. In Patch 5.70 he was buffed and his kit was changed to become a better all-round champion, but still far from top tier. Jingwon is a Legendary Void HP champion from the Shadowkin Faction.

Jingwon’s mechanics revolve around Decrease Accuracy and Decrease Critical Damage, both are which are relatively low priority debuffs outside for specific encounters you will face in the end game. His A2 is now decent after it was changed to extend all debuffs on a target by 1 turn with a short 2 turn cooldown. This is not quite the Vizier Ovelis quality of extensions, however it is one of the better Debuff extension abilities in the game. A prime example of where this can excel would be the Hard Mode Dragon, where on such a low cooldown you can extend debuffs places by your allies, or transferred by himself. The Doom Exchange A1 has the ability to transfer all Debuffs from this champion to a target, therefore utilising this against the Dragon (or other Debuffers) can be beneficial to not only cleanse himself, but to send all those poisons back!

His passive was also changed to provide a Control effect cleanse ability followed by a Block Debuffs for 1 turn. This may sound powerful but being on a 4 turn cooldown means in any PvP scenario, you get this once and it does not stop the enemy re-applying through a buff cleanse. However, if you’re seeking a champion to simply grant an immediate cleanse he can fulfil this role, but just be weary the Block Debuffs only has a 1 turn duration.
