Lady Quilen

Carrying more tools and swords than a Forge on her belt, Lady Quilen storms into battle as a heroine of the Banner Lords faction.

Like her belt ensemble, she hasn’t quite figured out her profession. Is she a buff/support champion or is she a damage dealer?! Her kit effectively requires you to build her for damage with all her abilities requiring her skills to critically hit and her a2 further requiring you to kill a target to activate her effects. Her effects are then team buffs. One saving grace for Lady Quilen is that you won’t require any accuracy for her kit to work therefore you can build her as a damage dealer however it does feel like her power has been scaled down due to the extra benefits she brings.

Her A2 is a powerful ability that will deal significant damage (although not your extremely high damage similar to Inquisitor Shamael). If you kill an enemy your team will gain 30% Turn Meter. Her signature move, First to Fight, will provide an Increase Critical Damage and Increase Attack buff to all your allies (again requiring critical attacks to ensure the Attack buff) and it is an AoE although do next expect this to kill many enemies.

Overall a bit of a weird champion but she does have reasonable damage and very good buffs/support effects.
