Rakka Viletide
Rakka Viletide bears the banners for the Orcs of Teleria and brings a significant amount of support to your team.
As a void legendary, you expect great things from Rakka but unfortunately she misses the mark due to the way her skills have been configured. Her kit is very much Heal, Cleanse and Support focussed with a full team revive, a cleanse, Increase Attack and Shield on a 3 turn cooldown on the A2 and a small heal on the A1. She has a unique passive that when booked will give you 10% Turn Meter every 2 turns (works passively so you can use any active skill and gain the Turn Meter). This actually makes her more complicated to use in certain places.
On paper her kit is good for any early to mid game progressions, due to her ability to shield and keep your team moving but when you start building teams in the late and endgame she proves to be challenging. Firstly her passive makes a Clan Boss team difficult to speed tune, for arena Defence she is unreliable due to her using her revive regardless if your team is dead (much like Ursala the Mourner) and her A2 will cleanse but not place block debuffs making her not viable into Tormin. She does not being any offensive damage but she does provide 2 buffs per ally your Seer could buff strip in the late game but its hard to see how you would use her over Lydia the Deathsiren.
With a few tweaks (moving the block debuffs to the A2 for example), Rakka could be an Arena Goddess but in her current form, she is best used offensively to cleanse your nuker in a go 2nd scenario. If you pull her early she may prove useful in helping you progress! Rakka is unfortunately for many players niche and somewhat disappointing!
