Tolf the Maimed

Tolf the Maimed enters Teleria as an Orc in Patch 4.50. Tolf is a Void HP champion with some unique aspects to his kit.

None of Tolf’s abilities can critically hit therefore you won’t need to prioritize any critical rate or critical damage into your builds. He has a self heal A1 based on damage inflicted. His A2 is very unique in that it decreases the target’s HP to 50% and inflicts pure damage (ignores all defense). If the target is already low HP you gain a Stun debuff and when attacking bosses you deal damage based on Tolf’s MAX HP. He also has a unique passive in which he drops enemy shields by 50% and increases his own MAX HP by the shield amount he drops.

After some testing, this champion is extremely Niche mainly aimed at disabling a very tough single opponent in Arena or high-level Doom Tower. I can see him being firmly in the vault for most people.
