First Ever 10x Mythical Event for Kurosa
Raid: Shadow Legends is rolling out a first-of-its-kind event—a 10x chance to summon a specific Mythical Champion, Kurosa, from Primal Shards. This is a major shift from the usual summoning format, and while it won’t affect most players, it opens a unique opportunity for high-end spenders to chase a specific mythic unit.
Let’s break down what this event means, why it’s significant, and whether Krosa is worth your resources.
Event Breakdown

On Thursday (one day only), there’s a 10x chance to summon Krosa from Primal Shards. There is no boosted summon rate for Mythicals—it remains at 0.5% per shard—but if you do hit a Mythical, your odds of it being Kurosa are much higher.
To put it in perspective:
Legendary 10x events feel diluted with 100+ champs in the pool.
Mythical pool? It’s tiny—around 24–26 champions.
A 10x in a small pool like this means Kurosa becomes a legitimate target, especially for whales.
This is the first time we’ve seen a targeted 10x Mythical banner, and it might set the tone for future shard-based events.
Is Kurosa Worth it?
Kurosa is the new Event Dungeon Boss and comes with two forms: Support Form and Damage Form. Let’s look at what she brings to the table.
Support Form
- A1: AoE hit
- A2: Cleanses allies, applies Taunt and Fortify – Fortify reduces damage from ignore-defense effects (unique and valuable),
- Passive: Reduces incoming damage by 15% for each living ally
This side of her is all about survivability and protection. Fortify is still rare, and combining it with Taunt and passive damage reduction makes her a strong candidate for PvE sustainability and team-based utility.
Damage Form
- A1: Triple hit
- A2: AoE that steals all buffs and places Weaken, with no accuracy required – Targets with lower attack cannot resist it—this is big!
- A3: Places Shatter, Crit Rate Buff, and True Fear – Deals more damage based on dead allies, Each crit hit fills her turn meter
This side is aggressive and dangerous, with powerful utility and very strong multipliers—her A2 in particular hits incredibly hard and doesn’t require accuracy, which is rare and highly efficient.
She has Godlike ratings for her A1 and A2 damage potential, making her one of the harder-hitting Mythicals, especially in her offensive stance.
Who should summon?
This event is clearly aimed at high-spending players who:
- Have a lot of Primal Shards saved or are willing to buy them
- Want a specific Mythical and not just any random pull
- Understand the rarity and potential long-term value of Kurosa
For average or F2P players, the smarter move is to wait for a 2x Mythical rate event. With the base rate at just 0.5%, your chances of pulling a Mythical at all are slim—regardless of who’s on rate-up.
