Build A Invoker In Godforge

Invokers are the heartbeat of every successful Godforge team. They don’t exist to top the damage charts. They exist to make sure your actual damage dealers get their turns, stay alive, and carry fights to the finish. Whether it’s Aphrodite racing the turn meter, Quetzalcoatl patching up allies with huge heals, or Isolde quietly sustaining your team through tough fights, Invokers win games by giving you tempo and security. Let’s dive into how to build them effectively.

What Defines an Invoker?

You can spot an Invoker by the green stave symbol with a jeweled crown. Their role is simple: they heal, shield, and enable. The most important thing is to make sure they move often and live long enough to repeat their abilities. That’s why Speed and HP% are their bread and butter. After that, DEF% and a bit of Resistance are great for durability. Accuracy only matters if an Invoker’s kit relies on landing debuffs, like Quetzalcoatl’s Petrify before awakening upgrades it.

Speed Manipulators (Aphrodite)

Aphrodite Build

Aphrodite is all about tempo. Her kit scales with attack, but that’s a trap. Her real value comes from taking turns as quickly as possible, pushing your team forward, and keeping buffs rolling. Build her with speed legs and boots, prioritize Speed subs wherever you can, and round it out with HP% and defense for survival. Initiative is a bonus if you can find it. For weapons, she pairs beautifully with World Splitter to enhance overall stats or Shamshir for quick turn meter gains after her ultimate.

Core Healers (Quetzalcoatl & Isis)

quetzalcoatl build

Quetzalcoatl is a bit of a hybrid, healing allies based on his HP whilst also require other stats. You also want him fast but pre-awakening, you’ll want some accuracy to land Petrify. Once awakened it becomes irresistible, so no longer a concern. Isis is more straightforward—she leans entirely into HP for stronger shields and a reliable revive. In both cases, stack as much HP and speed as possible. Quetzalcoatl benefits from accuracy/resistance as well, while Isis simply wants to be alive and taking turns. Both shine with the Grail weapon, which directly boosts healing output.

Isolde – Unique But Brilliant

Isolde is a workhorse you’ll see in almost every early game roster. Her healing through Mend scales off allies’ max HP, so you don’t need to inflate her stats to increase its effectiveness. Instead, treat her like a mix of Aphrodite and Quetzalcoatl: stack speed to keep her abilities cycling and get more mends out on her basic. The reason to pump her HP is so her passive healing grows stronger. She doesn’t care for accuracy or damage. Gear her with Falcon for tempo and Kraken or Brawler for survivability, and she’ll carry your team farther than you expect.

Weapons That Matter

Invokers don’t need big flashy damage weapons. The best choices are ones that reinforce their support role:

  • World Splitter – A universal pick that buffs multiple stats.
  • Grail – Perfect for healers, boosting all outgoing healing by up to 50% when maxed.
  • Shamshir – Grants turn meter after using an ultimate, keeping supports cycling faster.
  • Thunderbolt – Adds a bit of damage for boss fights where every point counts.
  • Any Weapon with Accuracy main – Useful on Quetzalcoatl before his Petrify becomes irresistible.

Best Gear Sets for Invokers

When it comes to sets, survivability and speed dominate. The following are the strongest options:

  • Kraken / Brawler – HP stacking for stronger heals and more durability.
  • Defender / Bear – DEF stacking to reduce incoming damage.
  • Falcon – Speed is always valuable; more turns equal more healing.
  • Shrine – Healing boost on 2-piece makes it essential for healers.
  • Specter – Reduces incoming damage; 4-piece adds Vanish to keep supports untargetable.
  • Duelist – Reduces damage taken, great for fragile Invokers who need to survive longer.
  • Eagle – Initiative gain helps hit ultimates faster and maintain tempo.

Closing Thoughts

Invokers are the glue of every Godforge team. Build them fast, make them tanky, and let their kits carry the rest of your squad. Aphrodite thrives on tempo, Quetzalcoatl and Isis bring raw sustain, and Isolde is a hybrid powerhouse that works almost anywhere. Don’t waste time chasing damage stats—chase turns and survival.
