Guaranteed Epic Champion Event – Inquisitor Shamael

Plarium has just announced a Guaranteed Epic Champion Event – that will kick off tomorrow, August 6th, and last for 72 hours.

This is a great opportunity to pick up one of the best Champions in the game for handling the Head of Torment.

However, it is very important to note that this Guaranteed Epic Champion Event is not part of the active Fusion for Skorid the Halfspawn, and is likely a way to get us to burn our shards ahead of this weekends Champion Chase Tournament.

This Tuesday, August 6th, we’re planning to launch a Guaranteed Champion event.

Summon Champions using Void Shards while the event is active, and you are guaranteed to get Inquisitor Shamael by your 30th Void Shard

Remember, if you do happen to summon Inquisitor Shamael before your 30th Void Shard, your event will end.

The event will be active for 72 hours.

A guaranteed Champion isn’t something we see too often, and Shamael is solid Champion for Hydra Clan Boss.

Secondly, as Shamael is a Void Champion, he ignores Affinity which can make his incredibly hard-hitting A2 Skill very valuable.

Something to note with this Event, however, is that Void Shards are not easy to come by, especially for free-to-play players. While there is a chance you’ll get lucky and Summon Shamael quickly, the rates are not increased so there is a high probability you may need to spend real money on Void Shards for this event if you haven’t been saving – 30 Summons is a lot of Shards.

Overall, if your teams will greatly benefit from Shamael, you may not want to miss this chance given such Guaranteed Champion Events are rare. He is a great Champion to have in your roster, but if you don’t have at least some Void Shards on hand already, he could be expensive to get.
