Blade Colosseum Guide
The Blade Colosseum has arrived in Dragonheir: Silent Gods, bringing with it one of the most exciting and competitive PvP experiences yet. This mode challenges players to test their strategy, lineup depth, and adaptability in a week-long tournament of champions. It’s not just about who has the strongest heroes — it’s about how well you plan, adapt, and conquer.
What Is the Blade Colosseum?

The Blade Colosseum is a competitive mode where players battle for dominance through multiple stages of matches. Each week, the Colosseum opens for a 5-day period, giving participants the chance to prove their strength and climb toward the title of champion. Every decision counts but some decisions are made for you —players are given a random selection of heroes and equipment to make their team formation.
You’ll need to strategically select and configure your lineup to defeat opponents in successive battles. Only the best tacticians will rise to the top and claim the ultimate honor.
Battle Rules Explained
Success in the Colosseum requires not just power, but precision. Here’s how combat works:
- Weekly Format:
You must form three distinct teams (Team 1, Team 2, and Team 3). Each team faces its counterpart from the opponent’s lineup.
The player who wins two out of three battles wins the match. - Balanced Attributes:
Heroes use specially adjusted attributes to ensure fair play, focusing on strategic team building over raw gear advantage. - Equipment Management:
You can acquire and equip gear within the mode itself. However, gear here functions differently — it does not provide attribute bonuses, only retaining core affixes for tactical value. - Equipment Cost System:
Each hero has a total equipment cost limit of 4: - Artifact / Gear items cost 2 points each.
Weekly Colosseum Schedule
Each Blade Colosseum follows a structured five-day schedule, resetting weekly. Timing and preparation are everything:
- Tuesday – Sign-Up & Hero Draw:
Registration opens! Players can draw exclusive heroes available only within the mode. - Wednesday – Lineup Setup:
Time to pick your key heroes and build your battle formations. - Thursday – Points Tournament:
A series of matches determines the top 128 contestants through a points-based system. - Friday – Swiss Rounds:
The top 128 compete in two rounds of Swiss matches to narrow the field down to the top 32. - Saturday – Knockout Stage:
The final tournament begins. Only one champion will emerge victorious — earning both glory and rewards in the Hall of Honor.
How To Get Teams

Its not all about skill, there is an element of luck involved. There is one character that every player gets each week (Lelwanis this week) after that when you register you get assigned 5 random heroes. As you progress to stage 2, players are then assigned a random group of artifacts and gear. As you can see from this image sometimes it will be very hard to make any kind of viable team with the random draws. But dont get disheartened if the odds aren’t in your favor intially!
Set Up Stage

This is where strategy can save you from horrible RnG in the first assignment of heroes.
The next step, players will be given a further 8 choices to make. Each choice will give another random selection of 3 heroes to choose from, with 3 choices available (see image), as you make your way through these decisions you will also be given further gear and artifact options as well.
You will then be left with your final roster!

Rewards

This isnt just another PvP mode with lackluster rewards, every fight matters. With the top seasonal player getting an exclusive 30 days avatar and 100 heliolite dice.
Other rewards include:
- Titles
- Chat Bubbles
- Font Colours
- Soul Fragments
Final Thoughts
The Blade Colosseum is more than a simple PvP mode — it’s a test of intelligence, adaptability, and foresight. Whether you’re a competitive veteran or a strategist at heart, this mode rewards those who think ahead, analyze opponents, and execute with precision.
So sharpen your blades, gather your heroes, and step into the arena. The Colosseum awaits — and only the most cunning will claim victory.
