New Artifacts and Gear Sets in Dragonheir’s Echoes of the Deep

A new season is rising from the depths, and Echoes of the Deep is shaping up to be one of the most mechanically interesting updates Dragonheir has seen so far. With six brand-new Mythic Artifacts and a wave of Legendary and Mythic gear sets, this season leans heavily into smarter team play, debuff control, and carefully timed ultimates.

If you enjoy building around synergy rather than raw stats, this one’s going to hit differently.

Six New Mythic Artifacts From the Depths

Echoes of the Deep introduces six Mythic Artifacts, each designed to influence battles in very specific ways rather than acting as generic stat sticks.

Artifacts like Bottle of Luminance and Chest of Radiance focus on survivability and team-wide scaling, rewarding players who stack the same Elemental Affinity or need clutch healing when allies drop low. Meanwhile, Lost Pearl in Desert and Curse of Silence push ultimate-heavy strategies, restoring Ultimate Energy over time or reinforcing Resistance through stacking Precepts.

On the offensive side, Misty Conch and Pact with Devil shine in debuff-centric teams. These artifacts amplify pressure by extending Defense Penalty, increasing debuff reliability, or applying Healing Reduction when ultimates are chained together.

The big theme? Timing matters. These artifacts reward players who plan rotations, manage ultimates carefully, and apply pressure over multiple turns instead of looking for instant burst.

New Legendary and Mythic Gear Sets Shake Up the Meta

Alongside the artifacts, Echoes of the Deep adds eight new equipment sets, split between Legendary and Mythic tiers, each offering a distinct identity.

Legendary sets like Berserker and Verdant Owlcaster bring flexible, early-fight power spikes. Berserker rotates between offensive buffs like Attack Up, Crit Damage Up, or Elemental Damage Up, while Verdant Owlcaster offers early Elemental Damage reduction before cleansing debuffs and granting Aegis to protect allies.

The new Mythic sets push things even further. Lord of Time enhances coordinated ultimate chains by boosting ally damage after an ultimate is cast. Necrotic Plume of the Vale rewards aggressive attackers by ignoring a portion of enemy Defense. Meanwhile, sets like Bloodthorn Fury, Midsummer Night, Precision Construct, and Arcane Whirling emphasize buff stacking, debuff amplification, and frontline protection.

These sets are clearly designed to reward team composition and positioning, not just individual hero strength.

Some Sets Leave Rotation

To make room for these new identities, several existing sets won’t be available this season, including Cyril, Abyssal Shadow, Emissary, Precise Carnage, Emperor’s Might, and others. It’s a noticeable rotation shift that opens space for new builds while nudging the meta away from some familiar comfort picks.

Final Thoughts

Echoes of the Deep feels like a season built for players who enjoy thinking two turns ahead. Between the new Mythic Artifacts and the layered gear sets, Dragonheir is clearly doubling down on synergy, timing, and strategic depth rather than simple stat inflation.
Whether you’re planning debuff-heavy control teams, ultimate-focused comps, or sturdier frontlines that protect your carries, this season offers plenty of new tools to experiment with.
