Otherworld Exploration is split into two key phases:

• Road to Restoration:
  Players embark on Preparation Quests, battle through Elemental Domains, and take on Chaos Shadows to gather Exploration Progress and Affinity Solvents. Each completed stage grants milestone rewards and contributes to the server’s collective advancement.

• Rasp of Gears:
  Once the restoration phase concludes, all Travelers unite to challenge the mighty Mekkatorque in a climactic boss encounter. Here, players compete on both daily and total damage leaderboards, earning Master Scrolls, Affinity Solvents, and Medals of Glory for their efforts.

The first phase of the event sets the stage for the great battle ahead. Travelers can engage in three main gameplay modes, each designed to push progression and teamwork to new heights.

Preparation Quests

Preparation Quests come in Story, Personal, and Alliance varieties. Completing these quests grants Exploration Progress and Affinity Solvents, contributing to both individual and alliance advancement. Any unclaimed quest rewards are conveniently sent via mail once the phase ends, so nothing goes to waste!

Elemental Domains

There are three Elemental Domains. Lightning, Fire, and Ice, each offering five difficulty levels and unique stage traits that amplify damage from specific elemental sources. For instance:

• Lightning Domains take extra Radiant and Cold Damage
• Fire Domains are vulnerable to Lightning and Poison Damage
• Ice Domains are weak to Fire and Necrotic Damage

Chaos Shadows

During the first two days, Chaos Shadows enters trial mode, allowing unlimited attempts without consuming Otherworld Exploration Tickets. Once it officially opens, each attempt consumes a ticket, but only one hero can be used per day.
After each battle, your damage dealt determines the Exploration Progress and Affinity Solvent rewards earned. Exceeding your previous highest damage rating grants extra bonuses, encouraging optimization and experimentation with team setups.

When the Road to Restoration concludes, the Rasp of Gears phase begins. This is where the true test of might unfolds as the server faces off against Mekkatorque, the mechanical colossus.

You’ll have six daily attempts, but remember, each hero can only participate once per day. To fine-tune your strategies, a trial mode is available for testing lineups before the main event.

Your Exploration Progress after each challenge determines the rewards earned, including:

• Master Pages
• Affinity Solvents
• Master Scrolls
• Wyrmarrow
• Medals of Glory

Travelers are ranked by daily and total damage, while the server collectively strives toward massive damage milestones to unlock additional rewards for everyone.

After 59 days, Mekkatorque enters an enhanced state, becoming even more dangerous, so coordination and damage optimization are key.

Your Alliance’s combined Exploration Progress directly affects the bonuses everyone receives. These buffs apply across both Otherworld Exploration and dungeon stages, with milestones unlocking powerful global enhancements like: HP +15%, Defense +15%, Resistance +40 and Crit Rate +10%.

Additionally, alliances unlock Assist Skills. These are special abilities that activate only during the Mekkatorque boss fight. These evolve as your alliance reaches higher progress thresholds, further empowering your team for the final confrontation.

Every bit of progress counts. Hitting key Exploration Progress milestones grants rewards like:

• Master Scrolls
• Heliolite Dice
• Wyrmarrow
• Essence of Creation
• Selectable Legendary Runes and Mythic Equipment
