Dragonheir: Continental Challenge Guide
The Dance of Misfortune, Continental Challenge in Dragonheir is where roster depth, creativity and smart team building truly shine. Raw account power obviously plays a big role. but what is just as important is understanding boss mechanics and squeezing every ounce of value from your damage dealers.
If you are looking to climb higher, push your score, and master each encounter, this guide breaks down the core strategies and recommended teams for each boss, to help you dominate the Continental Challenge.
Let us dive in.
Bionphray
Bionphray is all about Ultimate Energy manipulation.
If you let this boss cycle skills freely, things get difficult fast. The key strategy here is deploying Vinyara to drain Ultimate Energy and pairing her with a Mimic companion to apply Enhanced Recharging Speed Penalty. The goal is simple. Slow down the boss to reduce the amount dangerous abilities firing off.
Ice Blast is your friend here. With the core damage mechanic being Battle Skills, it does not matter as much as other schools if your Ultimate Energy does get drained.
Positioning matters too. Place your main damage dealer in the centre tile to benefit from stage buffs that increase damage dealt.
Recommended Teams:
- Basic Team: Vinyara, Gerthin, Nadja, Bleddyn, Nord
- Advanced Team: Beldelle, Fredegonda, Shinnah, Zhorak, Vinyara
If you can control energy and maintain uptime on your damage dealers, Bionphray becomes far more manageable.
Huldork

Huldork punishes poor positioning. He deals increased damage to targets within three tiles whilst also inflicting Ultimate Down and Stun effects. That means your front line needs Resistance, its essential.
The basic strategy is a simple one. Prioritize ranged damage dealers and stack Resistance on melee units. It goes without saying too, keep damage dealers at least three tiles away.
Recommended Teams
- Basic Team: Ardreth, Gillian, Alvis, Tathlyn, Dielke
- Advanced Team: Huberg, Gladys, Lorentheel, Mithrasea, Sagomir
Smart positioning plus ranged pressure makes this fight far smoother.
Feenja
Feenja revolves around energy manipulation and buff stacking.
The boss can reduce your team’s Ultimate Energy while boosting her own. To counter this, stack Resistance on front line tanks and bring heroes with Buff Prohibition or Buff Dispelling to prevent Defense Up and Damage Reduction from sticking.
For damage, prioritize heroes whose specialize in Enlightenment Damage to trigger stage buffs. Thunderbolt being the obvious call out here, but maybe you could use poison in a pinch, especially if your fire and poison supports are better.
Recommended Teams
Sigrid

Sigrid can blanket your team in debuffs and then punish you with Venomous Blast, which scales off how many debuffed heroes you have.
That means one thing. Cleanse or suffer. Bring heroes that grant Debuff Immunity or provide strong team wide dispels. The stage also halves Resistance across targets and boosts AOE Damage and Damage Over Time, making this the perfect encounter for Toxin and Corrosion teams.
Recommended Teams
- Basic Team: Frurbath, Vicuc, Dargo, Sabrina, Gragrir
- Advanced Team: Reytah, Rook, Whisk, Sacredeia, Journ
This is one of the most satisfying fights when your AOE engine is firing on all cylinders.
Tioh
Tioh’s stage buffs are relatively easy to trigger. We are primarily looking at Summons, but this ease makes him a great target for most AoE teams. However, do not get complacent as his Sacrifice burst damage can be an issue. To survive, apply Attack Penalty or Damage Reduction and maintain steady healing or shields throughout the fight.
If you mitigate properly, your AOE damage will carry your score.
Recommended Teams
- Basic Team: Eurion, Sintrellia, Eleuia, Estella, Isitarian
- Advanced Team: Felosia, Dark Lady, Bernade, Irzillas, Lelwanis
Survive the burst and then overwhelm him with damage.
Sagomir

Sagomir is a pest but damage dealt to all three counts toward your total score.
First off we need to control the buffs. Use Buff Dispelling and Buff Prohibition to stop Defense Up and stage triggers. Pair that with Debuff Dispelling to counter Attack Penalty and Defense Penalty effects applied to your team.
Once stabilized, unleash AOE damage, especially from Corrosion and Burn schools.
Recommended Teams
- Basic Team: Beags, Varathas, Lyle, Percival, Adolphus
- Advanced Team: Aschetius, Paixton, Karf, Durem, Synarrel
This fight is a scoring playground for optimized AOE builds.
Final Thoughts
The Dance of Misfortune Continental Challenge is not just about brute force. But also about smart play and precision.
Each fight is unique, So remember to stack Resistance when needed. Cleanse and control enemy energy. Position correctly and when the window opens, unleash devastating AOE.
