Dragonheir x Heroes III: Shadow’s Return Event Guide

Something big has arrived in Dragonheir: Silent Gods. The Shadow’s Return collaboration event brings the world of Heroes of Might and Magic III crashing into Dragonheir, complete with iconic characters, exclusive rewards, and multiple event modes to dive into.

So what exactly should you be focusing on? And more importantly… what’s actually worth your time?

Let’s break it all down.

A Legendary Crossover Comes to Life

At the heart of this event is a full-on collaboration experience. You’re transported to the continent of Antagarich, teaming up with the legendary ranger Gelu as you take on the looming threat of Necromancer Sandro.

There’s a full narrative thread here. You begin investigating a mysterious disappearance, only to be pulled into an entirely new world filled with undead armies, exploration objectives, and artifact hunting.

This could potentially be one of the most immersive limited-time events we’ve seen in Dragonheir (at least I hope it is).

Event 1: Light of Order – Exclusive Artifact Summon

DH light of order event

Let’s start with the big one.

The Light of Order event introduces a powerful collaboration artifact: Angelic Alliance. This is a Mythic-tier item, and yes, it comes through a dedicated summon system.

You’ll use event currency to pull rewards, with a guaranteed chance to obtain Angelic Alliance after enough draws. Along the way, you can also grab valuable materials, scrolls, and other progression items.

If you’re someone who loves min-maxing your builds or chasing top-tier gear, this is a must-engage event. The artifact itself could be a serious power spike depending on your roster.

Event 2: Journey to Antagarich

This is where the event really shines.

The Journey to Antagarich mode blends exploration with combat progression. You’ll move through different regions, battle enemies, and complete objectives while uncovering the story behind Sandro’s invasion.

The difficulty curve will increase as you push deeper into the map, taking on tougher enemies and unlocking rewards along the way.

Expect to face waves of undead and test your team compositions. If your roster isn’t fully optimized yet, this mode will quickly highlight where you need improvements.

Event 3: Area Exploration – Free Rewards and a Familiar

DH Genie Familiar reward

The Area Exploration event tasks you with completing specific regional objectives like finishing zones across Northern Tatalia, Central Krewlod, and beyond. Each objective rewards you with valuable items, and completing the full set nets you some standout bonuses. The headline is a brand-new Familiar: Master Genie.

On top of that, you’ll earn Holy Feathers and other progression materials just for playing through content you’re likely tackling anyway.

It’s simple. It’s rewarding. And it’s absolutely worth completing.

Event 4: Hero’s Anthem – Daily Login Rewards

Dragonheir Daily Log in Rewards

Sometimes the best rewards are the easiest to grab.

The Hero’s Anthem pass is a login-based event where you earn rewards simply by showing up each day. Over the course of the event, you can collect:

  • Heliolite Dice
  • Soul Fragments
  • And most importantly, the Catherine Avatar

There’s also a premium track available if you want to push for even more value, including a Legendary Support Hero Option Chest and additional high-tier rewards.

Even if you’re fully free-to-play, this is one event you should never skip. Logging in consistently will stack up serious value over time.

Premium Rewards – Are They Worth It?

If you’re considering spending, the premium track offers some juicy bonuses:

  • Soul Fragment Legendary V x50
  • Legendary Support Hero Option Chest
  • Heliolite Dice x10
  • Exclusive Catherine Avatar Frame

The premium option track normally costs less than buying enough dice to hit pity on a legendary pull. So the Hero Option Chest alone is a huge incentive, giving you flexibility to strengthen your roster exactly where you need it. The fragments and dice rewards just add to the value too, so this could be a good pick up if youre a spender.

Final Thoughts

The Shadow’s Return collaboration is packed with meaningful rewards, engaging gameplay modes, and a nostalgic crossover that feels right at home in Dragonheir.

Whether you’re chasing the Angelic Alliance artifact, unlocking the Master Genie familiar, or just stacking up free resources through daily logins, there’s something here for every type of player.

Jump in, explore Antagarich, and make sure you don’t leave any rewards behind.
