Legendary Hero Rebalance – Dragonheir: Silent Gods

The developers at Dragonheir: Silent Gods have announced a small Dragonheir Rebalance featuring some old Legendary Heroes, giving them a bit of deserved love and adjustment, these will be coming into effect on the 21st of June alongside the launch of Season 4. Unlike the rest of the Season 4 Changes, the Dragonheir Rebalance will take effect on all Seasons, so if you are in Season 1 still, this could see a bump in value for some of your heroes!

Whilst an official announcement is still not here, these changes are live in the Season 4 Test server and have been confirmed to be accurate, we are just awaiting the official notice from the developers.

Torrin

Old Battle Skill

Heals the ally with the lowest HP by [+15% Target’s Max HP][+2400% Enlightenment]. When healing marked allies, there is a 100% chance to dispel 1 debuff from them.

New Battle Skill

Heals the ally with the lowest HP by [+15% Target’s Max HP][+2400% Enlightenment]. And heals Marked allies by [+7.5% Target’s Max HP][+1200% Enlightnement]. When healing marked allies, there is a 100% chance to dispel 1 debuff from them.

Grishnaar

Old Passive Skill

The hero gains 20% Damage Reduction. When taking damage, there is a 50% chance of dealing [+150% Defense] Derivative Lightning Damage to the damage source.

New Passive Skill

The hero gains 20% Damage Reduction. When the granted Shield takes damage from enemies, there is a 40% chance to inflict Attack Penalty II on the damage dealer for 5.0s. When inflicting this state, ignores 25% of their resistance.

Old Battle Skill

Grants undispellable Ally Protection to the ally with the highest Attack for 10.0s. Then grants a [+15% Target’s Max HP] shield and Defense Up II to the hero and the ally for 10.0s. This skill is guaranteed to be cast as the battle starts and skill movements are not required during casting.

New Battle Skill

Grants Ally Protection and Control Immunity to the ally with the highest Crit Damage for 10.0s. This state cannot be dispelled. Then grants a [+15% Target’s Max HP] shield for 10.0s and Defense Up II to the hero and this ally. This skill is guaranteed to be cast as the battle starts, and no cast action is required upon releasing.

Old Ultimate Skill

Deals [+550% Defense] Lightning Damage to enemies within range and reduces 30% of their Ultimate Energy, with a 75% chance of inflicting Attack Penalty II on them for 10.0s.

New Ultimate Skill

Deals [+550% Defense] Lightning Damage to all enemies and reduces their Ultimate Energy by 30%.

Reytah

Old Passive Skill

For each debuff on the enemy, their damage dealt is reduced by 6%. This effect stacks up to 5 times on the same target.

New Passive Skill

Damage dealt by all enemies is reduced by 10%. For each debuff on the enemy, their damage dealt is reduced by 5%. This effect stacks up to 5 times on the same target.

Old Ultimate Skill

Dispels all debuffs on all allies, granting them Defense Up II for 10.0s. Extends the duration of all debuffs on all enemies by 5.0s (cannot extend the duration of Damage Debuffs).

New Ultimate Skill

Dispels all debuffs on all allies, granting them Defense Up II for 10.0s. There is a 100% chance to inflict Recharging Speed Penalty on all enemies for 5.0s and extend the duration of all debuffs on all enemies by 5.0s (cannot extend the duration of Damage Debuffs).

Old Passive Skill

When the hero deals damage to an enemy, there is a 25% chance of inflicting 1 debuff (randomly selected from the following debuffs) on them for 5.0s: Attack Penalty II, Recharging Speed Penalty, Healing Prohibition, Accuracy Penalty II, and Buff Prohibition.

New Passive Skill

When the hero deals damage to an enemy, there is a 25% chance of inflicting 1 debuff (randomly selected from the following debuffs) on them for 5.0s: Attack Penalty II, Recharging Speed Penalty, Healing Prohibition, Accuracy Penalty II, and Buff Prohibition.

Old Battle Skill

Deals [+300% Attack] Poison Damage to the enemy with the highest attack, marking them for 6.0s. During this time, the hero will shoot an additional arrow at them when launching a basic attack, dealing additional [+80% Attack] Poison Damage.

New Battle Skill

The hero gains Attack Speed Up II for 6.0s. Then Deals [+300% Attack] Poison Damage to the enemy with the highest attack, marking them for 6.0s. During this time, the hero will shoot an additional arrow at them when launching a basic attack, dealing additional [+80% Attack] Poison Damage.

Trolgar

Old Ultimate Skill

Jumps to the target area, dealing [+250% Attack] Cold Damage to enemies within range. Dispels Frost from enemies within range and deals [+250% Attack] Cold Damage again, ignoring 20% of the enemy’s Defense for each Frost dispelled.

New Ultimate Skill

Jumps to the target area, dealing [+250% Attack] Cold Damage to enemies within range. Dispels Frost from enemies within range and deals [+500% Attack] Cold Damage again, ignoring 20% of the enemy’s Defense for each Frost dispelled.
