Nero uses a light rod as a weapon?! Like surely you can find something better if the floor! He is Evo Material, unfortunately! Nero may make for a stand-in on Tara Dome during the early game but this is not a hero that you will be using later down the line.

After the Penance Warrior casts a skill, next normal attack is changed to a charge attack, which causes 200% attack damage after 1 second charge.
Increase damage to 210% attack.
