Omar does big AOE damage that decreases DEF. When you activate him he can really kick out the damage! You get a few copies of him from the start so you should Evo him as he is worth the time of day!

Thundering Rage

Omar summons two bombers to intensively bomb the area, causing 240% attack damage to all enemies in the area.
The DMG Dealt is increased to 270% ATK.
The DMG Dealt is increased to 300% ATK.
EX:DMG Dealt by this Skill is increased by 30%

War Spirit Encouragement

The user fires an explosive shell at the target enemy that explodes on impact, inflicting 150% ATK of DMG to the target and all enemies within a small area.
The damage dealt is increased to 165% attack.
The damage dealt is increased to 180% attack.
The damage dealt is increased to 210% attack.
EX:The flame left on the ground of the explosion area will deal 80% ATK DMG per sec to enemies within range, lasting for 4 sec.

War Sweep

The user fires a scorching missile at the target enemy that explodes over their head, scattering shells that inflict 150% ATK of DMG to enemies within the area.
The damage dealt is increased to 165% attack.
The damage dealt is increased to 180% attack.
EX:Damage inflicted is increased by 13%.

Tremble

Any lifesteal that overflows into Omar’s Max HP is converted into a shield of up to 40% of his max HP. When the shield is active, any damage Omar inflicts will also inflict Scorch. Scorch: Damage received from Omar is increased by 5% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
The Shield added is increased to 65% ATK.
The Shield added is increased to 70% ATK.
EX:The stacking limit of the Burn effect is increased to 4 stacks.
