High Elves
The High Elf faction has a strong offensive focus, bringing a big focus on buffs, speed, and lightly armoured damage dealers. They generally don’t have a lot of debuffers and are one of the less tanky factions.
For normal Faction Wars, expect Arbiter to hard carry the faction, bringing a teamwide revive and powerful offensive support. Apothecary is a brilliant early rare who brings even more speed and turn meter to push your damage output even higher.
For hard mode Faction Wars, High Elves are a challenging faction for two reasons: firstly, they are lacking in survivability; secondly, they have very few good control champions. Most of their CC champions are old, and have 4-turn cooldowns, which is just brutal when trying to build a consistent team. Fyna and Galathir are transformative, though: Fyna gives enough damage to wipe out everything, and Galathir sorts out both the survivability and control issues on his own!

Faction Wars
We advise every player to try and progress in faction wars as soon as you can and even if you can only do early floors. Faction Wars rewards you with Forge Materials to craft artifact sets such as Perception and also incredibly valuable Glyphs which boost your sub stats on artifacts further than what you can roll.
Tier List
Faction Wars is often one of the most challenging areas of the game for players to progress when playing Raid: Shadow Legends. Often you are forced into choosing to invest in champions you might not otherwise invest to enable you to complete the faction. This comes with the difficult decision of who you should use. Our tier lists are designed to help you identify what the best champions are to fill the roles required to complete Faction Wars.
