Sacred Order
Sacred Order is the biggest faction in Raid but quantity doesn’t always equal quality. This faction has many options for healers, revivers, and even damage dealers, but it tends to be lacking a bit in control, outside of a couple of powerful Freeze champions.
For normal difficulty, there have been many free legendaries for this faction (so far in 2025, we’ve had Alice the Wanderer and Iudex Artor) and these will make things significantly easier than other factions. They have tons of epics but most of them are not worth using, so wait to pull the standouts (like Deacon Armstrong) to complete your team.
For hard difficulty, this is a medium difficulty faction due to the recent fusions and free legendaries. Lady Noelle and Sir Nicholas can form the backbone of any team, and there’s no shortage of top tier damage, but they are a bit lacking in control if you don’t have the right Freeze champions.

Faction Wars
We advise every player to try and progress in faction wars as soon as you can and even if you can only do early floors. Faction Wars rewards you with Forge Materials to craft artifact sets such as Perception and also incredibly valuable Glyphs which boost your sub stats on artifacts further than what you can roll.

Faction Wars is often one of the most challenging areas of the game for players to progress when playing Raid: Shadow Legends. Often you are forced into choosing to invest in champions you might not otherwise invest to enable you to complete the faction. This comes with the difficult decision of who you should use.
