The Chimera is the third (and currently final) Clan Boss you will face in RAID: Shadow Legends.
The Chimera is one of the main ways to get the resources you will need for getting Relics for your champions, providing a reliable weekly source of Starstone (used for levelling up or unequipping Relics), Basalt (used to rank up Relic), and Gemstones (which are slotted into Relics for further power). It’s also the only way to get the incredibly strong Mythical champion Embrys the Anomaly.
Luckily, unlike the Hydra before it, you will find this boss to be much more accessible thanks to a broader range of difficulty options and looser team-building requirements–while remaining a massive challenge even through the endgame due to its unique Trial system.
