Hegemon is a Void legendary from the Knight Revenants faction. Hegemon has a unique passive making him always go first unless facing himself in which case the fastest Hegemon will go first. Hegemon will lead with his A2 ability which places a decrease Atk debuff on all enemies and has a 50% chance to also place a block skills ability. This opening move can straight out win an Arena fight before it has begun.
There are two well known builds for a Hegemon to give you success in Arena. The first is a control set, usually Stun however can also be Provoke or Daze. This acts to enhance the control you are already laying down to potentially take even more opponents out of the fight. The second build is a NUKE build. Full crit rate, crit damage and attack then try to one shot the enemy. This can be a really fun build.
Outside of Arena Hegemon is very average although an AOE decrease attack isn’t useless.
