Deflection Artifact Set

The Deflection set is a 9-piece variable artifact set that grants a variety of things. You can stack up to 9 pieces for +60 ACC, +32% SPD, 35% Deflect Debuff + Block Debuffs at round start, Bonus DMG to enemies that block debuffs from wearer,  Ignore DEF effects are 10% less effective for each debuff placed by wearer. Useful for champions that need to place debuffs.

This set can be crafted in the forge but accessories are only available through Platinum Arena rewards. This set provides a very useful alternative to Immunity-style sets at 4-piece, exchanging 1 turn of Block Debuffs for a permanent 35% chance to deflect debuffs. The stats on this set are incredible, and the 6-piece provides a useful counter to Mercurial sets and Total Guard. Note that due to only dropping from Platinum Arena it is almost impossible for 99% of players to to build a 9-piece, but unlike Swift Parry this is not an important build goal. You can still use strong individual pieces as off-set gear when stats matter more than set bonuses.

Like most variable sets, Deflection is quite unique. Some of the base stats can be gathered from other sets but not the full compliment that this set provides. Although a full set of this is much harder to get hold of than some. It can replace some of your more basic gear (like Immunity) once you gain access to this.
