Buff .... is just that! Easily in the talk for top Champion in the game. Buff has gone through some controversial nerfs in past but he is still great. He can be used in any team and help you. With great speed a speed set is a smart choice but you will need Potency in every Rune to help him. Don't look for him to do damage that's not way he is there.
