Dragon Champions – PvP
Dragon Champions have released a live PVP battle which looks exciting! This is a game-changer for the Dragon champion community as they can finally get that live PvP that they have been asking for. You can either go into a solo 1v1 or go in with friends into a 3v3. This is a great community booster as it brings guilds closer and it requires a lot of strategy and planning.
The idea of the PvP is to capture points and hold them until one of you gets a certain number of points to win. You both start on 0 then you need to attack bots to claim that place and after you’ve taken out the bots you will replace them with your defence team. There are a total of 7 places to capture and your goal is to get to the points total quickest (380).
You will need to try and reclaim the spots which the opponent took and to do this you will battle the defence team that they left and with your remaining champions, you need to break that defence to start earning more points from that spot. Your opponent will be trying to do the same thing on your spots so make sure you’ve left a solid defence in place.
Once you’ve held the spots and won the game you’ll be able to receive points which you’ll be able to spend in the battlegrounds store, in the store there will be items and champion circles for you to buy. This is a good way to level up or summon new Champions.
The idea of the game is to take the spots as quickly as possible because it’s much harder to take back from the defence than it is from the bots. So you need to race through the bots and get as many as possible before your opponent.
Once your Champion dies, it is out of the game. That is in both offence and defence so if you’ve attacked an enemy spot and go them to low HP keep going because they won’t respawn or regen health unless their abilities allow it. This strategy PvP will require careful placement to make sure you get the best out of your offence and defence.
