Kaggie
Kaggie is a C rank Champion for a couple of reasons. Without Boreas on the same team he looses a lot. Secondly he is extremely hard to stay alive. Third his damage output is nothing to right home about. Although with Boreas and t8 upgrade to his Basic makes him a much better Champion.
