KASSANDRA FUSION PREVIEW – NEW FACTION

RAID: Shadow Legends is starting 2026 with a major crossover event, introducing Kassandra from Assassin’s Creed through a Mixed Fusion Event. Alongside her arrival, Plarium is also unveiling an entirely new faction, the Argonites, expanding both the playable roster and the world of Teleria.

This Fusion combines a crossover Legendary Champion with the debut of a brand-new faction, making it one of the most significant Fusion events we’ve seen in some time.

Fusion Announcement – Kassandra Mixed Fusion Event

The Kassandra Fusion Event launches on Thursday, January 8th and follows the same Hybrid Fusion structure used previously. Players will first summon Epic Champions from Fragments, then fuse those Epics together to obtain Kassandra. There are no special variations or alternative mechanics here, so anyone familiar with past Hybrid Fusions will know exactly what to expect.

Kassandra joins the game as a Magic-affinity Legendary ATK Champion from the newly introduced Argonites faction. Her design clearly leans toward PvP, but her Turn Meter manipulation, execution-style damage, and scaling passives give her legitimate value in PvE content as well.

Kassandra’s Skills Overview

Kassandra’s kit is built around controlling turn meter, punishing weakened enemies, and growing stronger as fights progress. She excels at maintaining tempo while applying constant pressure to priority targets.

Her A1, West Wind Rush, delivers multiple hits to a single enemy, increasing the number of strikes when her HP drops below 50%. Each hit simultaneously reduces the enemy’s Turn Meter while filling her own. When Kassandra is under Veil or Perfect Veil, these effects become irresistible, allowing her to dominate turn cycles with exceptional consistency.

Spear of Leonidas, her A2, is a powerful single-target attack that places Decrease DEF and HP Burn before striking. If the damage exceeds a threshold based on the target’s MAX HP, she also applies a team-wide Stun for one turn. Like her A1, this skill gains irresistible effects when used under Veil or Perfect Veil, making it particularly dangerous against high-HP or defensive teams.

Her A3, Isu’s Blessing, functions as both a reset and a power spike. Kassandra cleanses herself of all debuffs, heals for half of her MAX HP, and fills her Turn Meter, while also granting herself Increase ATK, Shatter, and Increase SPD. The Passive effect tied to this skill prevents her from dying while those buffs are active, leaving her alive at 1 HP and forcing enemies to deal with her setup before they can finish her off.

Kassandra’s execution potential comes from Everything Is Permitted, which triggers when enemies fall below 25% HP after taking damage from any Assassin. At that point, she deals bonus damage based on her ATK that ignores all DEF and cannot critically strike, allowing her to clean up weakened targets with ruthless efficiency.

Her final Passive, Blood of Sparta, ensures she scales throughout the fight. Whenever she attacks, her ATK increases based on the target’s DEF, and whenever she is attacked, her DEF increases based on the attacker’s ATK. This dual scaling reinforces both her damage output and survivability over time.

She also brings a universal 19% Speed Aura in all battles, making her valuable even before she takes her first turn.

Argonites Faction Preview

Kassandra marks the arrival of the Argonites, the 16th faction to enter RAID: Shadow Legends and the fourth to join the Nyresan Union, alongside the Dwarves, Shadowkin, and Sylvan Watchers.

Hailing from the Argolades, a vast island chain east of the Lost Isles, the Argonites remained isolated while much of Teleria was shaped by constant warfare. Focused on survival rather than conquest, they now emerge united under a single banner and aligned with the Nyresan Union, opening their lands to outsiders for the first time.

Kassandra is the first Champion to represent this faction, with additional Argonite Champions expected to arrive in future updates.
