Merciless Artifact Set

The Merciless set is a 9-piece variable artifact set that grants a variety of things. You can stack up to 9 pieces for +25% ATK, +30% C.DMG, +10% SPD, 30% chance: −1 random CD, +35% Ignore DEF, 15% chance: Extra Turn on hit. Great for any DPS but particularly for ATK based champions.

This set can be obtained in the Cursed City of Sitranos. Merciless is the BEST damage set in the entire game, combining the best aspects of Lethal, Cruel, C.DMG, Reflex, and Relentless into one single set! Its only downside is that its Ignore Defence stat is locked behind the 6-set; though, on the flip side, the 4-set cooldown reduction makes it a top-tier set for support champions as well. If you dont have a full set, you can still use strong individual pieces as off-set gear when stats matter more than set bonuses.

Like most variable sets, Merciless is unique. Some of the bases stats can be gathered from other sets but not the full compliment that this set provides. A a full set of this is harder to get hold of than others. but it will replace some of your more basic gear once you gain access to this set.
