Praeva The Slitherer Overview

Within the soul of this feared Demonspawn lies a malignant power – the ability to consume effects placed on her allies, drawing them into herself before sending them back, giving enemies a taste of their own torment. During the great battle for Teleria, where evil clashed against good, Praeva would revive her strongest fallen allies, rising them once more to unleash their most powerful abilities. Praeva the Slitherer is a support Legendary from the Demonspawn faction.

This champion’s kit is all about supporting allies through speed manipulation, protection effects, and a strong single-target revival. Starting with her A2, she heals all allies by 25% of her HP, then applies Increase Defence and Increase Speed buffs. This skill offers universal value, boosting survivability and enhancing the damage of defence-based nukers, while keeping their HP sustained. The combination of this skill and her Speed Aura creates a powerful setup for outpacing enemies, whether facing standard waves or tough bosses.

Her revival is similar to that of Godseeker Aniri, bringing back an ally with 100% HP and 50% Turn Meter while also resetting the cooldowns of all their skills. This allows the revived ally to unleash their strongest abilities, whether it’s Gnut with his Blessed Bash, a Nuker in the Arena, or a fellow Demonspawn in areas like Faction Wars.

Praeva also has a unique passive that allows her to transfer a random debuff from allies to herself each turn, excluding crowd control effects. The intention here is to protect the team while setting up her A1, where she can transfer all debuffs from herself to a target – becoming irresistible if she is under three or more debuffs. This is particularly effective against bosses like the Dragon to reflect Poisons back or against strong targets in waves.

Additionally, she passively fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 10% at the end of her turn, with an extra 2% boost for each debuff she is under. This helps keep the team cycling through turns faster, creating strong synergy with her Speed Aura and speed buff.

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
