These have a low chance to trigger, but can be game-changing when they work, making them a strong supplement for champions alongside the variable gear sets.. Even if you werent worried about the set bonus, you can still use strong individual pieces when stats matter more than set bonuses.
Any accessory set will bring you more than base faction accessories. But they may be replaced once you get access to 9 piece variable sets.
