The Righteous set is a 2 piece artifact set that grants a +10% SPD and 40 Res. You can stack up to three sets on one champion for a total of +30% SPD and 120 RES.

This set can be crafted in the forge using materials from some Forge Pass rotations. While it doesn’t give as much SPD% as a Speed set, the bonus RES is nice, making it a reasonable alternative, particularly if you have good luck with your SPD rolls when forging and upgrading. You can still use strong individual pieces as off-set gear when stats matter more than set bonuses.

Righteous set is not an upgrade of a set, nor is it a downgrade. It combines both Speed and Resistance together. But it wont immediate replace the Speed set once you gain access to this one.
