The Supersonic set is a 9-piece variable artifact set that grants a variety of things. You can stack up to 9 pieces for +40 RES, +15% HP, +32% SPD, +2% TM per enemy buff placed, −30% TM reduction taken, +30% TM boost effects.
This set can be obtained from the Cursed City of Sintranos. It lacks the raw SPD stats of other such sets, but makes up for it by giving significant Turn Meter boosts against enemies who place a lot of buffs, potentially letting you cut in and interrupt enemy turn orders in Arena. You can still use strong individual pieces as off-set gear when stats matter more than set bonuses.
Like most variable sets, Supersonic is quite unique. Some of the bases stats can be gathered from other sets, and in some instances you will get more SPD elsewhere, but not the full compliment that this set provides. It wont immediate replace all of your more basic gear once you gain access to this set, but Supersonic is still a top-tier speed set.
