The new Assassin’s Creed collaboration event has brought 8 new Winds of Winter Event Relics with it. These Relic fragments will be available only during the Assassin’s Creed event, though we expect them to return in the future.

Here’s the full breakdown of each relic, as well as our thoughts and ratings for them.

Also check out our full Tier List for all Relics and Gemstones HERE!

What Are the Winds of Winter Event Relics?

  • Set of 8 relics (2 Rare, 2 Epic, 2 Legendary, 2 Mythical).
  • Crafted using materials from the Coalition Event and likely from some Events and Tournaments too.
  • Generally stronger than Standard Relics.
  • Called Winds of Winter Relics in the Event Relics tab.
  • Materials are only available during the Assassin’s Creed collab, though they could return in the future.
  • Though technically part of the Assassin’s Creed collab event, they are not part of the Assassin’s Creed IP.

Rare Relics

Sigil_of_the_Akar

Sigil of the Akar (Rare) – Defensive Relic

“Wearer receives 2% less damage from enemies with at least double their MAX HP.

  • Upgrades: 2% heal, scaling to 8% at max rank.
  • Stats: HP, DEF, RES.
  • Gemslots: Circle.
  • Best Use: Budget relic for helping champions stay alive against bosses.
  • Rating: 4/10 – Filler relic for keeping champions alive against bosses. Decent early, then use as relic food when you pull better ones.
Vigor_Mortis

Vigor Mortis (Rare) – Damage Relic

“Wearer deals 2% more damage to enemies with at least double their MAX HP.

  • Upgrades: 2% damage, scaling to 8% at max rank.
  • Stats: ATK, DEF, C.DMG.
  • Gemslots: Triangle.
  • Best Use: Budget relic for any ATK-based damage dealer.
  • Rating: 5/10A filler damage relic for ATK-based damage. Very easy to meet the requirements. Useful, since it lets you save your Malefic Talons for HP and DEF nukers.

Epic Relics

Darksmiles_Toast

Darksmile’s Toast (Epic) – Survivability Relic

“Wearer heals for 3% MAX HP whenever they gain Turn Meter from an active skill.

  • Upgrades: 3% heal, scaling to 10%.
  • Stats: HP, ACC, SPD.
  • Gemslots: Diamond, Pentagonal.
  • Best Use: Solo or duo champions who have (or are paired with) regular Turn Meter boosts.
  • Rating: 6.5/10 – A steady stream of healing for PvE content if you can bring regular skill-based TM boosting in your team.
Howling_Guardians

Howling Guardians (Epic) – Tank Relic

“Wearer absorbs 5% of the damage the most injured teammate would take from Bosses.

  • Upgrades: 5% damage redirection, scaling to 25%.
  • Stats: DEF, HP, RES.
  • Gemslots: Square, Circle.
  • Best Use: A tanky champion who can take the redirected damage and/or heal themselves up quickly afterwards.
  • Rating: 7.5/10One of the very few relics (or gear, or blessings, or anything!) that let’s a tanky champion help a squishy champion stay alive. Very nifty for tough boss fights (please Plarium, let us swap relics for free so we can use this in Grim Forest, Cursed City, etc.!)

Legendary Relics

Okulos_Kustodion

Okulos Kustodion (Legendary) – Support Relic

“When the wearer loses 70% HP in a single turn, removes all debuffs from them.

  • Upgrades: 70% threshold, scaling down to 30%.
  • Stats: RES, SPD, HP.
  • Gemslots: Square, Pentagon, Pentagon.
  • Best Use: A RES-stacking champion.
  • Rating: 7/10 If you’re building RES, you’re aiming to avoid debuffs entirely, making the effect quite underwhelming (plus it’s hard to trigger and requires far too many relic ranks to get good). That being said, it has great stats and gem slots, making it one of the better RES relics despite its flaws.
Thunderbolt_Spear

Thunderbolt Spear (Legendary) – Damage Relic

“Wearer deals 10% more damage to enemies under Shield buffs.

  • Upgrades: 10% damage, scaling to 40% max.
  • Stats: C.DMG, ATK, DEF.
  • Gemslots: Triangle, Triangle, Circle.
  • Best Use: Any damage dealer who ignores Shield buffs, or who is regularly trying to break through Shields (mostly a PvP thing).
  • Rating: 8.5/10Great damage stats and gems sockets, with a niche but very powerful effect. This is extremely strong on any PvP damage dealer who ignores Shield buffs.

Mythical Relics

The_Towerhelm

The Towerhelm (Mythical) – Tank Relic

“Wearer receives a 25% Fortify buff for 2 turns at the start of each round. They also receive a 10% reduction in Ignore DEF effects used against them while below 50% HP.

  • Upgrades: 10% reduction in Ignore DEF, scaling to 50%.
  • Stats: SPD, DEF, HP.
  • Gemslots: Square, Diamond, Circle, Diamond.
  • Best Use: Tanky high-RES champions. Or perhaps very fast champions in 9-piece Mercurial, to keep you alive as you cycle back to Total Guard.
  • Rating: 9/10 – Main stat SPD is always amazing. The downside here is that the Fortify buff can be removed unless you have very high RES, and the reduction in Ignore DEF, while strong, will struggle to keep you alive if you’re already low on health.
Diabolical_Dice

Diabolical Dice (Mythical) – Damage Relic

“Wearer has a 50% chance to increase a random skill’s cooldown by 2 turns against one target. Wearer also deals 3% more damage for each turn of cooldown remaining on all enemy skills.

  • Upgrades: 50% chance, scaling to a 100% chance.
  • Stats: ATK, ACC, C.DMG.
  • Gemslots: Circle, Circle, Diamond, Triangle.
  • Best Use: PvP ATK damage dealers who build some ACC.
  • Rating: 10/10 Incredibly strong, though it needs ACC to land the skill increase. That being said, it can enable you to prevent enemy damage dealers using their big attack, or prevent a reviver reviving. It’s also a massive damage boost, particularly if paired with other skill cooldown increasing champions.
