Elegance in the art of combat is key to Tomoe’s battlefield prowess as she supports her fellow Shadowkin through the horrors of Teleria. She was released as the Epic option for the October Fusion event, Maranix.

Her kit is quite unique with her passive and A3 being the key abilities. She will place a Counterattack buff on a single ally (likely determined by team order i.e. leader priority) and if this champion is from the Shadowkin faction it will be placed for 3 turns. She will then fill all allies Turn Meter by 15%, placing an Increase Critical Damage buff at the same time. All of her shadowkin allies will additionally receive an Increase Critical Rate buff. Her passive ensures her fellow faction champions keep moving and healed up by boosting these effects by 20%. Paired with a Jintoro this could be quite significant amounts of additional Turn Meter Boost.

Outside of her faction boosts she brings a 100% chance for a 2 turn Decrease Attack on a 3 Turn cooldown (booked) and can steal buffs on a regular rate on her A1.

She will find the greatest value in faction wars but do not be misled into thinking this champion is limited by the faction specific benefits. She is a 15% Turn meter boost to all allies, an aoe Decrease Attack and a great buff stealer on the A1, an excellent kit for anyone looking for a progression carry. Just watch out for speed tuning shadowkin champions in the same team!
