Healing Reduction debuff has two levels a 100% and a 50% reduction. This ability is mainly strong against spirit keep to avoid the constant heals, Fire Knight who heals every time he takes a turn and Agreth the Nether Spider in Doom Tower who heals through her Spiderlings. Most bosses are immune to this debuff and there is no meta for this ability in the Arena.
