PART 2 of BIG REVEALS from Nub and Boozor’s Gameshow with Plarium!!

Our very own Nubkeks from Nub Raids was joined by fellow content creator Boozor and banana_jam, one of the community managers from Plarium, to play a fun quiz show about RAID: Shadow Legends.

In Part 1, we got 19 answers directly from Plarium regarding their plans for things like permanent Free Gear Removal, the next Faction, 24/7 Live Arena, and more…

In Part 2, which we’re going over today, we get a further 18 answers to questions like more Factions, more Clan Bosses, new types of Summon Events, and more…

Check out the video for Part 2 HERE or read on for a summary of the big news!

QUESTIONS 1-9

1. Will there be more Factions after the upcoming one?

Plarium’s Answer: YES.

Our Thoughts: Not a big surprise: they’ll likely keep adding factions until they release RAID 2!? They’re open to suggestions in comments and over Discord, so this says to me that the next Faction is a LONG WAY off.

2. Are there any plans to change 2x Super Raids with 3x

Plarium’s Answer: YES.

Our Thoughts: It’s there for Faction Wars Hard, so it’s not surprising to hear they’ll add this option to more areas of the game. It’s a great time saving change though, which makes it a very welcome one!

3. Will there be more mini-games on Plarium Play?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, the next one is coming around Halloween.

Our Thoughts: The Elhain mini-game was a lot of fun, so it’s cool to hear there will be more things like this in the future!

4. Will you add a Wishlist boost to regular summons?

Plarium’s Answer: NO, more boosted events instead.

Our Thoughts: This has been commonly requested, but it’s not suprising to hear it’s a “No”: 15X events etc. already achieve the same goal; and the wishlist for Souls is kinda rubbish anyway. They say they’ll reconsider in the future though, so who knows.

5. Will you add more ways to get Basalt?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, in Live Arena, Chimera, and Sintranos.

Our Thoughts: Very definite plans here with them even sharing the 3 areas it will be added/increased. Great news, since it’s a frustrating resource to run out of (honestly, we’d love if this got the permanent free removal that gear got in the future as well–let us swap relics any time please!)

6. Will the Event Dungeon gear set be changed from Pinpoint?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, in the next couple of day!

Our Thoughts: Due to leaks, Plarium had to reveal that the new set is called Chronophage and will be coming in a new Event Dungeon on the 21st of August–in just 2 days! We’re definitely excited to see the gear set switch up after multiple rotations of Pinpoint (though hopefully Pinpoint will still be available as well for newer players).

7. Will you add a mercy counter for Relics?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: This was a surprising answer; the good news is that Plarium are actively looking into other ways to improve Relic crafting, such as adding a resource that lets you stack it further towards a specific rarity, or even further towards a special type instead of being stuck at a 50% chance for Standard… We highly recommend saving as many Relic fragments as possible in case this improved form of crafting is added soon!

8. Will you raise Progressive Rates on targeted Events?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, and there might be new types Summon Events as well.

Our Thoughts: WOW! This answer had two sides to it: firstly, increasing the Progressive Rates is confirmed and makes a lot of sense with the ever growing champion pool; secondly, they teased us that there might be brand new Summon events coming, where you might be guaranteed to pull a champion that you don’t own, for example–these would be gamechanging, especially for long-term players who own most of the champions already. We highly recommend saving as many Shards as possible in case these new Summon Events are added soon!

9. Will you add more Clan Bosses?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, but not in the near future…

Our Thoughts: One interesting tease here was that they’re looking into ways to spice up existing Clan Bosses… We’re very curious what this might entail–some sort of limited-time challenge mode rotation perhaps?

QUESTIONS 10-18

Hydra

10. Will you raise the Energy cap?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: This is a very commonly requested QoL change, so many players will be disappointed. Luckily, they say that they’ll be adding more energy rewards to things like Tournaments but won’t be increasing the Energy requirements for Tournaments, so this should give players more energy to play with at least.

11. Will you add more items to market? More market slots?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: This is very disappointing, since the Market could be so much more interesting than what it currently is. It sounds like a total lost cause as well, so don’t get any hopes up here we’re afraid.

12. Will you add a new Hydra Head or higher difficulty?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: [For background context, we know that there are at least 2 Hydra heads that were fully developed but never introduced to the game.] They say there’s two cohorts of players doing Hydra: players doing billions of damage; and players still progressing. If they make it more challenging for the first, they make it impossible for the second–and very frustrating for everyone. BUT they might have other ways or game modes coming where new Hydra Heads might appear–perhaps some sort of challenge mode like we hinted at earlier? This sounds good to use to be honest, as a way to get to see more content without disrupting a Clan Boss which is years old at this point.

13. Will you add a new Sintranos difficulty coming or area?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: They’re focusing on entirely new features at the moment, but they said they might return to Sintranos in the future. A rework to Sintranos featuring more unique bosses/content and meaningful exploration choices could be very cool, but we’ll have to wait and see.

14. Will we be able to test Siege DEF teams?

Plarium’s Answer: YES.

Our Thoughts: Great news! This should add a ton of gameplay to Siege, letting Clans test a lot of strategies together!

15. Will more Relics of existing types be added?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: There will definitely be more groups (they’ve even announced 8 new Relics coming with the upcoming Event in 2 days time since we recorded this show), but no additions to existing groups… It’s a little disappointing, but not a big deal. Maybe new Standard Relics would be nice in the future so we’re not constantly crafting Aspect of Siroth and being disappointed, but the new potential Relic crafting methods mentioned above might do enough to fix this already.

16. Any new Shard type coming?

Plarium’s Answer: NO, not any time soon.

Our Thoughts: Plarium passing up the opportunity to sell new Shards is surprising, but we guess that Prisms and Primals are still flying off the shelves… We expect to see something new here alongside Void Mythicals, but those are likely 1+ years away at this point.

17. More Token Trader options? Ways to acquire tokens? Feed off Epics?

Plarium’s Answer: NO.

Our Thoughts: Looks like the super slow rotation of champions in the Token Trader is all we’re getting! This only really affects massive spenders who have +4 legendaries/mythicals, and it’s likely that they’re in so deep that Plarium has no need to do anything to keep them reeled in… Much like the Market, this is a part of the game that has the potential to be a lot more interesting and engaging for the entire playerbase–but let this be a lesson to never get your hopes up too much!

18. Will we get more Vault space?

Plarium’s Answer: YES, in early 2026.

Our Thoughts: Not a big surprise, especially with a whole new Faction coming; we expect the Vault space to drop alongside or very soon after the new Faction. It sounds like more gear storage is coming too, which is always welcome with the ever-increasing number of gear sets.
