Haggibah is a buff stealing Bomb specialist who excels at stripping enemy protection, placing and detonating Bombs, and supporting Bomb focused teams, making her an option for PvP progression, Bommal, and wave content where burst damage and buff control are valuable.

Rising from the depths of the Dark Elves’ caverns comes Haggibah the Nestmaid, the second Fusion Champion from the Web of Corruption event in 2026. A master of stripping away her enemies defences, she specialises in removing their protection and leaving them vulnerable to her powers.

Think of Haggibah as somewhat similar to Champions like Madame Serris, but instead of removing enemy buffs, she steals them. After stealing all buffs from enemies, she places two Bomb debuffs, which detonate after 1 turn instead of 2 against targets without buffs. While this can be harder to execute against teams with protected buffs, Stoneskin or Mercurial, she remains a strong option for PvP progression, wave content, and encounters such as Bommal.

Through her A2, she can instantly activate all Bomb debuffs and trigger a tick of HP Burn, while also placing Leech to provide a source of team healing. The main limitation is that she can only place HP Burn through her A1, alongside Perfect Veil for protection, so pairing her with an AoE HP Burn Champion is ideal if you want to maximise burn activations across multiple enemies.

Passively, she is immune to both HP Burn and Bomb debuffs, while placing Bombs on enemies who attempt to crowd control her, making opponents think twice about using certain skills. If you’re lacking dedicated Bomb Champions, she can fit well into Bomb focused teams, though her lack of Turn Meter boosts, Extra Turns, and the conditional way to reduce Bomb countdowns should be kept in mind.

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
