Rhaia is a buff scaling damage dealer and control specialist who excels at stealing buffs, ignoring DEF, and chaining crowd control, becoming exceptionally dangerous when supported with Veil, Block Debuffs, and Increase ATK.

It has been revealed that the latest threat to show their face in Teleria’s next Event Dungeon is the mighty Rhaia the Mourned, a Legendary champion emerging from the Sylvan Watchers as part of the Web of Corruption event. She specialises in both damage and control, while passively growing stronger against enemies protected by buffs.

While Rhaia is simultaneously under Increase ATK, Block Debuffs, and Veil or Perfect Veil, she gains the ability to prevent death while also making her effects irresistible. She’s capable of placing Increase ATK on herself, though relying on allies for the remaining buffs not only enables this passive interaction, but also allows her to deal 30% more damage while under three or more buffs.

Through her A3, she attacks all enemies 3 times, making her effective at wearing down stacks from Mercurial, while also stealing a buff with each hit from every enemy. This creates a strong blend of damage and buff manipulation, while also helping enable the passive & A2’s damage increase from the stolen buffs. As for her A1, it’s a self healing attack that ignores 15% DEF, while granting an Extra Turn upon killing a target for improved skill cycling.

Rhaia’s A2 is a double hit single target attack that places Weaken, ignores 15% DEF and Block Damage, while gaining an additional 5% Ignore DEF for each buff on her, up to 35%. It also reduces the cooldown of her A3, helping her cycle back to her stronger abilities faster.

If this attack kills the target, she then places an irresistible Stun on all enemies, making it extremely powerful for eliminating key threats while enabling strong crowd control across both PvP and PvE. Combined with her buff scaling, this attack has the potential to completely take down your target.

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
