Skartorsis and Kurosa the Covetous Rebalances Coming in RAID 11.80
Plarium has revealed two Champion rebalances arriving with RAID: Shadow Legends Update 11.80.
This time, Skartorsis and Kurosa the Covetous are getting major kit changes.
Skartorsis gains a proper revive and a new Passive. Kurosa gets changes across both forms, with better team protection in Base Form and more self-sufficient damage in Alternate Form.
Let’s break down every change.
Skartorsis Rebalance

Skartorsis has spent years without a clear role among the Undead Hordes Legendaries. Update 11.80 changes that by turning him into a full-team reviver with extra support tools.
Hand of Doom
Before:
- Attacks all enemies.
- 30% chance to steal 1 random buff from each enemy.
After:
- Attacks all enemies.
- 50% chance to steal 1 random buff from each enemy.
- Then applies a Buff Spread effect, taking 1 random buff from Skartorsis and placing it on all allies.
The increased steal chance makes his A1 more reliable. Buff Spread gives the skill another purpose, letting Skartorsis share useful stolen buffs with his whole team.
Command
Before:
- Places a 50% Increase ATK buff and 30% Increase C. RATE buff on all allies for 2 turns.
After:
- Places a 50% Increase ATK buff and 50% Increase ACC buff on all allies for 2 turns.
- Decreases the cooldowns of all ally skills by 1 turn, excluding Skartorsis.
This is a major change. Increase ACC gives Skartorsis a useful offensive support buff, and the cooldown reduction adds strong team utility.
Rebirth
This skill receives the biggest change to Skartorsis’ kit.
The new Basic version:
- Revives all allies with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter.
- Removes all debuffs from all allies.
- Heals allies by 25% of Skartorsis’ MAX HP.
- Heals each ally by another 5% of his MAX HP for each debuff removed from them.
- The skill remains usable with no dead allies.
The Ascended version keeps the same revive and cleanse. It adds Turn Meter restoration:
- Fills each ally’s Turn Meter by 10%.
- Adds another 10% Turn Meter for each debuff removed from that ally.
Skartorsis now has a genuine recovery skill. He can revive an entire defeated team or use Rebirth as a cleanse, heal, and Turn Meter boost with everyone alive.
New Passive: Mortal Momentum
Skartorsis gains a brand-new Passive in Update 11.80.
At the end of his turn, he fills his own Turn Meter by 10%. This increases to 20% with at least one dead ally.
That extra Turn Meter helps him cycle back towards Rebirth after a teammate dies.
Kurosa the Covetous Base Form Changes

Kurosa receives changes to both sides of her Mythical kit.
Her Base Form gets stronger healing, protection, and survivability. Her Alternate Form gains more damage and tools to keep fighting after allies die.
Surge of Chaos
Surge of Chaos still attacks all enemies and heals all allies.
It now restores 10% of each ally’s destroyed MAX HP before healing them. The healing value has also been increased.
This gives Kurosa another way to deal with destroyed HP during longer battles.
Anything for Sloth
The skill still removes all debuffs from all allies. It then places a 50% Increase ATK buff and Shield on all allies for 2 turns.
The Shield value has been increased.
Running Rampant
Before:
- Places Taunt and 25% Fortify on Kurosa for 2 turns.
- Places Unkillable on every ally except Kurosa for 2 turns.
After:
- Places 25% Fortify and Unkillable on all allies for 2 turns.
- Places Taunt on Kurosa for 2 turns.
Kurosa now receives Unkillable herself. That fixes a clear weakness in the old version, where Taunt encouraged enemies to attack the one Champion left without Unkillable.
Collector of Pawns
The Passive still reduces Kurosa’s incoming damage by 15% for each living ally.
She now gains immunity to Fear and True Fear.
Kurosa fully heals every time she transforms into her Alternate Form.
The existing Active Effect remains. Kurosa instantly transforms and gains an Extra Turn after her last living ally dies.
Kurosa the Covetous Alternate Form Changes

Kurosa’s Alternate Form gets several offensive buffs. Plarium has focused heavily on her ability to fight after the rest of her team falls.
Destroyer of All
The core mechanics remain unchanged.
Kurosa attacks one enemy three times. Killing the target triggers pure damage against every other enemy.
That pure damage equals 30% of the initial target’s MAX HP against normal enemies. Against Bosses or minions, it equals 10% of their MAX HP.
The attack still cannot critically hit.
Update 11.80 increases the skill’s damage multiplier.
Icon of Havoc
Icon of Havoc still attacks all enemies and steals all buffs before attacking.
It then places a 25% Weaken debuff for 2 turns against targets with lower ATK than Kurosa. Bosses can no longer resist this effect either.
The big new mechanic comes from stolen buffs.
The skill now deals 15% more damage for each buff stolen. Its base damage multiplier has been increased too.
That gives Icon of Havoc far more offensive potential against buff-heavy enemy teams.
Ruthless Agent
Ruthless Agent has received several changes.
It now:
- Removes all debuffs from Kurosa.
- Places protected 15% Shatter, 30% Increase C. RATE, and 50% Increase ATK buffs on Kurosa for 3 turns.
- Places True Fear on all enemies for 2 turns.
- Targets with equal or lower ATK than Kurosa cannot resist the True Fear. Bosses cannot resist it either.
- Grants Kurosa an Extra Turn.
The self-cleanse and protected buffs fit the new direction of her Alternate Form. Kurosa can prepare herself for a powerful offensive sequence without relying heavily on surviving teammates.
Vile Murderess
Kurosa is now immune to Fear and True Fear in her Alternate Form too.
She still deals 15% more damage for each dead ally. She now gains the same 15% damage increase for each enemy under Fear or True Fear.
Her Turn Meter mechanic has changed too.
Rather than gaining 10% Turn Meter per dead ally after each critical hit, every critical hit now fills her Turn Meter by 15%.
