Folan Silverhart Arrives in RAID as the Next Fragment Champion

Plarium has revealed the next Fragment Event Champion coming to RAID: Shadow Legends, and it is none other than Folan Silverhart. This new Legendary Sylvan Watchers attacker arrives on June 4th and brings a kit packed with debuffs, buff bypassing, and strong PvP pressure.

Folan Silverhart looks built for the modern Arena meta. He combines heavy damage with utility, giving players tools to counter defensive teams that rely on passive skills, Block Damage, or Unkillable buffs. His kit also carries value into PvE content through multi-hit attacks and debuff spreading.

Folan is designed around debuff synergy. He places key debuffs on enemies, spreads them across the team, and gains extra damage against targets already covered in debuffs. His skills also bypass several defensive mechanics, making him a dangerous nuker against difficult Arena teams.

Skill Breakdown

Puncture Wounds

Folan’s A1 attacks one enemy three times. Each hit has a chance to increase the duration of a random debuff by one turn.

This gives him steady value in longer fights. Triple hits also help against mechanics like Stoneskin or Fire Knight shields, and the debuff extension adds more pressure when paired with strong control champions.

Bind & Break

His second skill attacks all enemies twice and gains 10% more damage for every debuff on each target.

The big part of this skill is the ability to ignore both Unkillable and Block Damage buffs. That instantly gives Folan value against many Arena defenses that rely on survival mechanics to stall fights.

Since the damage scales from debuffs, he pairs naturally with setup champions who can fill the enemy team with effects before he attacks.

A Son’s Wrath

This is Folan’s main utility skill and the centerpiece of his kit.

The first hit places a 60% Decrease DEF debuff. The second hit attempts to place Block Passive Skills. After that, he spreads all debuffs from the target onto the entire enemy team before finishing with an AoE attack that ignores 20% DEF.

This creates a very dangerous setup chain. Land the debuffs on one enemy, spread them to everyone else, then follow with a damaging AoE hit. Block Passive Skills alone can shut down many top Arena champions, especially revive or reaction-based defenders.

Passive Skill - Malignant Might

Folan gains defensive bonuses for every Sylvan Watchers ally on the team. He takes less damage from AoE attacks, and Decrease DEF effects against him become weaker.

His passive also helps counter weak hits. Whenever he attacks, he has a chance to convert weak hits into normal hits, and the chance increases for every debuff on the target.

This makes him more reliable against affinity disadvantages and strengthens his role as a debuff-focused damage dealer.

Aura

Folan brings a simple but strong aura:

Increases Ally ATK in all Battles by 30%

A universal attack aura always has value, especially for Arena teams or fast farming setups.

Early Thoughts on Folan Silverhart

Folan Silverhart looks heavily aimed at PvP content, especially Arena and Live Arena. Block Passive Skills remains one of the strongest debuffs in RAID, and combining it with debuff spread mechanics creates a lot of team-building potential.

The ability to bypass Unkillable and Block Damage also gives him direct answers into many defensive setups that players currently rely on. His multi-hit attacks add extra utility for PvE content too, which may give him use beyond Arena.

His passive pushes players toward Sylvan Watchers synergy, though he does not appear fully locked into faction-only teams. Players with strong Sylvan Watchers rosters will likely get the most value from him.

The Fragment Event is planned to begin on June 4th. Players looking for a new Arena-focused Legendary may want to prepare resources ahead of time.
