Raised by the Dragonkin Empire, this winged beast was trained to slay the underwater nightmare… the Hydra. As the years went on, an unexpected volcanic eruption destroyed their land, wiping the Dragonkin population from existence. However, the sacred power of hidden artefacts resurrected this beast, giving him the chance to fulfil the destiny of his kind. Ostrox Boneglaive is a support Epic champion from the Undead Hordes Faction.

The core mechanics of this undead dragon is to remove & transfer Debuffs received by enemies, followed by blocking their buffs in the process. When facing the Hydra, 4 heads will be present in alive or decapitated forms, therefore his A2 will place a Block buffs for 3 turns instead of 2. This makes Ostrox one of the best Epic champions to play this role, granting you a consistent Block Buffs cycle, especially with him being a neutral affinity. Leading in to his Death Perception [A3], he can remove 1 random Debuff from allies, followed by placing an Increase Accuracy buff for 2 turns. As you progress through the Hydra, reaching the accuracy thresholds can be a tough task, therefore using this can alleviate the stats on your champions, whilst removing Debuffs such as Provokes & Fears. Last but not least, Ostrox has a 20% chance of reflecting Debuffs back to an attacker, which coincides with his A1 to transfer random Debuffs to your target enemy. This can hold value against bosses such as the Dragon to reflect poisons back to the boss [as an example].
