What Enfeeble Does in RAID: Shadow Legends

Enfeeble Debuff

Enfeeble is a powerful debuff which forces champions to land weak hits whenever they attack.

Weak hits cannot crit, do 30% reduced damage, and cannot land debuffs or offensive effects.

This debuff is better for damage reduction in PvP rather than PvE, since PvE bosses are immune and many enemies in PvE don’t have high C.RATE%: it’s not as powerful to turn a normal hit to a weak hit, compared to denying a crit and all their C.DMG% scaling.

Champions That Apply Enfeeble

Marius the Gallant Splash Artwork

Enfeeble is currently an extremely rare debuff.

Only 6 champions have this debuff at time of writing:

  1. Androc the Glorious (Alternate Form)
  2. Bambus Fourleaf
  3. Storm Herald Hekaton
  4. Marius the Gallant
  5. Pelagus the Wavewalker
  6. Noldua the Gloaming

Marius is the big one here, since he uses his A1 ability so often thanks to his passive. Landing Enfeeble on a mythical just as they metamorph can be incredibly effective at shutting them down.

Best Areas to Use Enfeeble

Arena and Siege

As we mentioned earlier, turning enemy crits into weak hits absolutely cripples enemy damage dealers in PvP.

A champion with 200% C.DMG%, for example, would lose that 200% bonus damage. On top of this, weak hits deal 30% reduced damage.

By putting damage numbers with these stats: if they initially crit for 90,000 damage, it would be lowered to 30,000 for no longer critting; then it would be further lowered to 21,000 by being a weak hit.

As you can see, going from taking 90,000 damage to a mere 21,000 damage is massive.

On top of this, denying debuffs and offensive effects that rely on landing hits can be even more useful, protecting your team from control effects that could otherwise cost you the fight.

PvE Content

This debuff is less useful in PvE since all bosses are immune to it.

That being said, this is still a fantastic debuff for countering enemy waves in Faction Wars or Grim Forest, etc.

It won’t lower their damage as much as it does in PvP, since often these enemies don’t crit and you merely get the 30% damage reduction from weak hits alone.

For this content it is denying debuffs and offensive effects from enemy hits that is so impactful, such as protecting your team from AoE Provokes or Stuns from tough waves.

How to Counter Enfeeble

resistance

Debuff Removal

If the Enfeeble debuff is not protected, the easiest counter is to use Remove Debuffs to get rid of it.

Prevention Strategies

Enfeeble will also be blocked by a variety of common buffs:

  1. Block Debuffs
  2. Total Guard
  3. Stoneskin

You can also resist Enfeeble if your RES is high enough in most cases.

Guaranteed Crits

Some champions, such as Solanar the Gleaming, or the Deathdealer Relic allow you to land guaranteed crits, effectively countering this debuff.

Non-Hit Debuffs and Effects

Enfeeble will only prevent debuffs and effects landing if they rely on the enemy landing a hit.

Any debuffs or effects which are placed without needing to land a hit will still go through.
