ECHOES OF OZ – EVENT BREAKDOWN

The Yellow Brick Road is coming to Teleria.

RAID: Shadow Legends has revealed the full Echoes of Oz campaign. The event runs from August 19th to November 10th, 2026. It brings five Legendary Champions, a new Fusion, a Loyalty Champion, an Event Dungeon, limited gear, returning Relics, and several collection rewards.

The event features Dorothy Gale, The Cowardly Lion, The Tin Woodman, The Scarecrow, and Ozilda the Wicked. Each Champion has a different release path across the campaign.

RAID’s Bastion gets an Emerald City makeover for much of the event too. A new version of “There’s No Place Like Home” will play alongside the themed design.

There is a huge amount packed into Echoes of Oz, so here is everything we know.

Echoes of Oz Event Dates

The full Echoes of Oz campaign begins on August 19th, 2026 and ends on November 10th, 2026.

The themed Bastion runs from August 19th through October 22nd. Players will see an Emerald City-inspired Bastion design during this period. RAID has created an updated “There’s No Place Like Home” soundtrack for it too.

The five Champions remain the main attraction. Their release schedule stretches across almost the entire campaign.

  • The Tin Woodman enters the Shard pool on August 19th.
  • The Scarecrow enters the Shard pool on August 19th.
  • The Cowardly Lion arrives through a Mixed Fusion starting on August 19th. He enters the Shard pool on September 4th.
  • Dorothy Gale arrives through the new 14-Day Loyalty Program. Her normal Shard availability begins on November 10th.
  • Ozilda the Wicked serves as the Event Dungeon Boss. She enters the Shard pool on November 10th.

RAID states that the Echoes of Oz Champions remain obtainable after the campaign ends.

Dorothy Gale Is The Free Loyalty Champion

Dorothy_Gale_skills

Dorothy Gale will be available to all new and existing players through a new 14-Day Loyalty Program named Dorothy Chase.

Players can claim Dorothy Gale on Day 7. Her Perfect Soul arrives on Day 14.

The program contains two phases. Phase 1 focuses on logging into RAID and collecting daily rewards. The reward track contains resources and Dorothy’s Avatar alongside the Champion herself.

Phase 2 introduces objectives that award points. The deck shows tasks tied to logging in, spending Energy, winning Arena battles, and opening Shards.

Players need to finish Phase 1 to unlock Phase 2.

  • Enrollment Start: August 19th, 2026
  • Enrollment End: November 5th, 2026
  • Deactivation: November 19th, 2026

Players who collect Dorothy can share a post through Facebook or Twitter for extra rewards.

The preview gives us a short glimpse at Dorothy’s kit. Her abilities focus on removing enemy buffs, weakening targets, disrupting defences, sharing buffs, and placing Stun on enemies.

Her bond with the other Echoes of Oz Champions plays a direct role in her kit.

For many players, Dorothy will form the centre of this entire event. Getting a free Legendary plus her Perfect Soul makes the Loyalty Program one of the biggest parts of Echoes of Oz.

The Cowardly Lion Fusion

The_Cowardly_Lion_skills

The August Fusion begins on August 19th, and RAID has confirmed The Cowardly Lion as the target.

The Cowardly Lion is a Legendary Magic Defense Champion from the Skinwalkers. RAID describes him as a damage dealer built for both PvP and PvE.

His kit takes the Cowardly Lion theme and flips it completely. Fear effects make him stronger rather than shutting him down.

Leonine Pounce

Attacks one enemy three times. Each hit steals 5% Turn Meter. Its damage rises by 10% for each skill successfully activated by allies and enemies under Fear or True Fear. The bonus can reach 100%.

Primal Roar

Attacks all enemies. Before attacking, places 60% Increase DEF and Fervor on all allies for two turns.

The attack ignores 20% of each target’s DEF. It has a 75% chance to place True Fear on all enemies for two turns.

Strength in the Pack

Places Counterattack and 30% Reflect Damage on all allies for two turns.

Allies ignore Shield and Strengthen buffs during counterattacks. Allies ignore Shield buffs when reflecting damage too.

True Courage

Whenever Fear or True Fear is placed on The Cowardly Lion, he removes all debuffs from himself, resets his cooldowns, and activates an Instant Turn.

His skills always activate under Fear or True Fear. He raises the chance of enemy skills failing under those debuffs by 15% too.

The Cowardly Lion looks built to punish teams that rely heavily on Fear control. His teamwide Counterattack brings strong PvE value too. DEF-based damage gives him room to build survivability without losing his offensive role.

The Scarecrow

The_Scarecrow_skills_1

The Scarecrow joins the campaign as a Legendary Spirit Support Champion from the Undead Hordes.

The Scarecrow becomes available from Shards on August 19th.

His kit centres on debuffs, team protection, cooldown control, and a self-revive.

Crow Hunter

Attacks one enemy twice. The first hit can place 50% Decrease RES for two turns. The second can place 30% Decrease ACC.

Smart Thinking

Reduces the cooldowns of every allied skill except his own by one turn. It then places 50% Increase RES and 50% Increase ACC on all allies for two turns.

All Stitched Up

Revives an ally with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter. The revived Champion receives Block Damage for two turns.

The Scarecrow then places a 25% Fortify buff on all allies for two turns.

True Brains

His death triggers a self-revive with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter. He then removes all debuffs from himself.

The Passive grants immunity to Fear, True Fear, Provoke, and Petrification.

The Scarecrow brings cooldown reduction, revives, defensive buffs, Resistance support, and Accuracy support in one kit.

The Tin Woodman

The_Tin_Woodman_skills_1

The Tin Woodman is a Legendary Magic Defense Champion from the Banner Lords.

The Tin Woodman joins the Shard pool on August 19th alongside The Scarecrow.

His kit mixes DEF-based damage with Ally Attacks, self-protection, and direct links to the rest of the Echoes of Oz cast.

Hewing Ax

Attacks one enemy and heals The Tin Woodman by 15% of his MAX HP.

Fill It Now

Attacks one enemy. The skill gains extra damage and DEF ignore for each buff on The Tin Woodman.

Every other ally then joins the attack using their default skill.

Allied damage and DEF ignore rise further for each Echoes of Oz Champion taking part. Killing the target resets the cooldown of Lumber Machine.

Lumber Machine

Attacks all enemies. The Tin Woodman places Increase C. DMG and Shield on himself first.

He ignores part of each target’s DEF for every buff on himself. Killing an enemy places Revive On Death on him.

True Heart

Reduces incoming allied damage by 15%. Dorothy Gale, The Scarecrow, The Cowardly Lion, and The Tin Woodman receive stronger protection from this Passive.

Large incoming hits can place Revive On Death on him. Very large hits can trigger a counterattack through Hewing Ax against the enemy with the lowest HP.

Healing received through this Passive increases his DEF. The bonus can stack up to ten times.

The Tin Woodman rewards teams built around the full Echoes of Oz cast. His Ally Attack gives him strong value outside that group too.

Ozilda the Wicked Event Dungeon

Ozilda_the_Wicked_skills

The Echoes of Oz Event Dungeon opens on August 19th and remains active until November 10th. Entry starts from player level 6.

The Wicked Witch takes centre stage here in the form of Ozilda the Wicked.

Ozilda the Wicked is a Legendary Void Support Champion from the Dark Elves. Her dungeon encounter focuses on buff removal, debuffs, crowd control, and support for her minions.

Enfeebling Curse

Attacks all enemies. It has a 40% chance to place Block Active Skills for one turn.

The chance rises to 100% against targets under Fear or True Fear.

You Can’t Escape Me!

Removes all buffs from all enemies.

Steals 30% of each enemy’s Turn Meter if they are under Fear or True Fear.

It then has a 75% chance to place 60% Decrease DEF and a 100% chance to place Ensnare on all enemies for two turns.

Lambs to Slaughter

Attacks all enemies. Places Master Seal on the initial target for two turns.

It has a 30% chance to place Sheep on all other enemies for one turn.

Targets affected by Sheep receive Block Passive Skills for two turns after returning to normal.

Beyond Deranged

Ozilda the Wicked is immune to Sheep, Fear, True Fear, Ensnare, Block Active Skills, Seal, Master Seal, and Block Passive Skills.

Whenever an enemy receives a buff, Ozilda has a 50% chance to place True Fear on that enemy for one turn.

Her allies can join attacks against enemies under Fear or True Fear.

How To Fight Ozilda

RAID has given several direct tips for this encounter.

  • Mercurial and Protection Sets should perform well.
  • Bring cleansers.
  • Champions with Decrease Debuff Duration effects have strong value.
  • Crowd Control becomes more useful on higher Stages.
  • Kill Ozilda’s minions first, then focus on Ozilda.

The Chronophage Set

The Event Dungeon contains several familiar Artifact Sets. Players can earn Accuracy, Critical Rate, Critical Damage, Curing, and Daze gear.

The main prize is the limited Chronophage Artifact and Accessories Set.

Chronophage supports up to nine equipped pieces. Its bonuses build through RES, SPD, and Immutable stacks.

  • 1 Piece: +20 RES
  • 2 Pieces: +10% SPD
  • 3 Pieces: +20 RES
  • 4 Pieces: Starts the Round with 1 Immutable Stack
  • 5 Pieces: +10% SPD
  • 6 Pieces: Starts the Round with 2 Immutable Stacks
  • 7 Pieces: +20 RES
  • 8 Pieces: +12% SPD
  • 9 Pieces: Starts the Round with 3 Immutable Stacks

The presentation states that Immutable blocks attempts to increase a Champion’s skill cooldown.

A nine-piece build grants large Speed and Resistance bonuses alongside three layers of cooldown protection at the start of each Round.

Limited Relics Are Returning

Echoes of Oz brings back several Relics from earlier limited events.

RAID has confirmed the return of Relics from the Discovery group. Players can earn Radiant Sunlilies across different in-game activities during the campaign.

Radiant Sunlilies act as the crafting material for these returning Relics.

This gives players another chance to craft rewards that disappeared after their original events.

New Avatar Frames, Badge, And Toto Avatar

Echoes of Oz adds three themed Avatar Frames.

  • An Ozilda-themed Avatar Frame appears as an in-game Event reward.
  • A Tin Woodman-themed Avatar Frame comes from the new Frontier Event.
  • An Oz-themed Avatar Frame goes to players who collect every Event Champion by November 10th.

RAID is introducing a new achievement Badge named Yellow Brick Road Traveler.

Players who secure every Event Champion earn a special in-game Badge after the campaign ends.

Toto gets his own reward too.

An exclusive Toto Avatar will appear through community activities during the campaign. RAID plans to share more details through its social channels.

Collect Every Echoes of Oz Champion For A Special Gift

There is one final reason to chase the complete collection.

Players who own all five Event Champions by November 10th at 23:59 UTC receive a special gift containing:

  • Thematic Profile Background
  • Limited Avatar Frame
  • Legendary Last Laugh Amulet Relic
  • Critical Strategy Triangular Gemstone
  • Uncontrollable Circular Gemstone
  • Carved Open Diamond Gemstone

That collection target gives Echoes of Oz a clear goal beyond obtaining one favourite Champion.

Dorothy Gale comes from the Loyalty Program. The Cowardly Lion headlines the Fusion. The Scarecrow and The Tin Woodman start inside the Shard pool. Ozilda the Wicked joins Shards at the close of the campaign.

Completing the full cast will demand planning across almost three months.
