Khamir Scald-eye – Champion Spotlight

Khamir Scald-eye is a powerful speed booster and reviver from the Ogryn Tribes Faction and was made available as a fragment fusion champion in July 2026. In this guide we break down how he works, how to build him, and where to use him to keep your team alive!

Khamir is a versatile reviver who works very much like Arbiter–but updated to be stronger for 2026 PvE content.

A1 – DARK RESTORATION

This A1 provides a steady stream of healing to your team.

Since Khamir can only use his A3 if allies are dead, he will use this A1 very often.

A2 – GLOOM-POWERED

This A2 is essentially an upgraded version of Arbiter’s A3: you trade in the conditional healing and 5% of the Fill Turn Meter effect for the much more valuable Increase SPD buff.

Providing Increase SPD, Increase ATK, and 25% Fill Turn Meter is a powerful offensive package for teams in all areas of the game.

Khamir’s high 110 Base SPD enables him to be built very fast and to be a speed booster for his teams.

A3 – DEATH IS WEAKNESS

This is Khamir’s revive, and it’s a fairly standard team revive (not to say it’s bad–even a standard team revive is extremely useful).

Compared to some other team revivers who bring Shield or Unkillable buffs, Khamir might struggle to keep squishy ATK-based nukers alive (the sort of teammate he very much caters to with his A2) after reviving them, since Increase DEF will be of little use to them.

P1 – MURDEROUS ZEAL

This passive is incredibly useful for keeping Khamir alive and for cycling him back to his revive quickly as teammates start dying.

The smaller boost to the rest of your team is a handy bonus as well, helping to stabilise your other champions as things are going wrong.

AURA – SPD IN ALL BATTLES

This 20% SPD in All Battles Aura is very versatile, being a top choice for all PvE content.

For PvP, it is much weaker than Arbiter’s 30% Arena Aura in the Arena modes, but unlike hers it is useable in Siege.

In short, this is better than Arbiter’s aura everywhere except for Arena modes!

Khamir works as both an offensive support and a defensive support in a variety of content, essentially functioning as a modernised version of Arbiter!

ALL PvE CONTENT: DUNGEONS, FACTION WARS, GRIM FOREST, ETC.

Khamir is an incredible generalist for all PvE content, bringing strong offense buffs alongside healing and revives.

He will eventually lose some value in teams when you no longer need his revive–champions with more offensive support might exceed him then.

He might also be suboptimal if the fight has a heavy amount of debuffs (such as the Nether Spider); a reviver who can Remove Debuffs and/or place Block Debuffs (like Elva Autumnborn) might be a better choice.

PvP – ARENA AND SIEGE

Khamir is a solid option for PvP content for speed teams. Build him with high SPD and use him to Fill Turn Meter for your control and damage champions.

Focus purely on SPD, since going first is essential to winning with speed teams. These teams vary in usefulness across PvP metas: they’re generally extremely strong early-game, but can struggle late-game against tougher defensive opponents.

For regular Arena we recommend Arbiter due to her aura, but for Siege Khamir is better.

Best Stats

The key stats to look for on Khamir are:

1. SPD
2. HP%
3. RES

SPD is his most important stat, since he wants to go before your team and set them up with his Fill Turn Meter effects and buffs.

HP% is crucial for keeping Khamir alive and will increase the amount of healing he does with his A1.

RES is a stat you either focus on building or avoid entirely. Check our Raid Stages Tool to see the RES required for any given stage. This will massively increase Khamir’s survivability (doubly so since he lacks any way to counter debuffs in his kit) and is highly recommended for more advanced players.

DEF% is good for survivability in PvE content. In PvP it loses a lot of value due to the prevalance of Ignore DEF effects.

SPD should be prioritised but balanced with defensive stats in PvE (we suggest using our Optimiser Tool to find out the best possible balance for your actual gear), but for PvP you will generally want to focus exclusively on this stat.

Best Gear Sets

The best sets for Khamir are:

1. Protection
2. Mercurial
3. Supersonic
4. Speed
5. Impulse
6. Righteous
7. Guardian

Any sets which boost his core stats (e.g. the Speed set) are great choices.

Variable sets are even stronger for a more advanced build:

• 9-piece Protection gives a solid damage boost to your team.
• 9-piece Mercurial maximises PvP survivability.
• Supersonic is a good variable set for SPD and Fill Turn Meter.

Guardian is an interesting mid-game option for keeping your team alive, since his passive and strong defensive stats will compensate for the damage redirection.

We are expecting some sort of event shortly after his Fusion which will give players an opportunity to get a dedicated 5-star soul for Khamir.

He will especially benefit from a 6-star soul due to the SPD increase it provides.

There are a few viable Blessings:

1. Intimidating Presence (Legendary): The best general option, increasing the effectiveness of his SPD aura in all content, though you only need one champion with this on the team.
2. Temporal Chains (Legendary): A great option for PvP or harder waves, helping to slow enemies down if they successfully place buffs.
3. Life Harvest (Legendary): A strong general option as well which counters enemy revivers: bad for bosses, but good for PvP or tough waves.

There are several great options for Relics:

1. Chrysalid of Rebirth (Mythical Grim Forest Relic): His best relic choice, providing SPD main stat and an Extra Turn after he revives.
2. Hallowed Hilt (Mythical Standard Relic): An excellent choice as well, providing SPD main stat and a chance to land a Fervor buff when he heals with his A1 (won’t trigger off overhealing).
3. The Towerhelm (Mythical Wings of Winter Relic): Another SPD main stat choice which gives a massive survivability boost.
4. Perched Shadow (Epic Faction Wars Relic): A fantastic PvE option since he will use A1 very often, granting many chances for Extra Turns.
5. Okulos Kustodion (Legendary Wings of Winter Relic): His best option for boosting RES, since it gives SPD and debuff protection as well.
6. Wand of Submission (Legendary Standard Relic): Provides HP and SPD and protection from control debuffs. A decent option for PvP.
7. Journal of Necrotos (Legendary Wings of Winter Relic): His best budget choice, improving his A1, A2, and passive.
