Maximizing Spend for Progress: Raid: Shadow Legends.

We wanted to cover some tips on how to maximise your progress and how to get the best out of the money you spend in Raid, after HellHades had an interview with a view in his stream recently.

One of the key things to consider when spending for progress is that shards are not key – many players absolutely love the idea of pulling shards but the reality is that you don’t always get what you want so to chase a champion could be futile. It is not the way to go to push your account further in a short space of time.

The viewer that HellHades had this interview with had been playing for 6 months and was already level 90!

Spending almost exclusively on gems, energy and arena refills is very important to push your account further due to the extreme importance of both the Great Hall and Gear in this game. While there are many legendaries who fill the role of some of the most wanted champions in the game, there are lots of rares and epics who will still do the job you need them to.

Spending priority for progression:

Gem Packs/Energy Packs – This is where most of your spending should go.
Arena Refills – Very important for pushing your progress in the Great Hall.
Gear Packs – Usually a big no no, especially if you have a limited budget, so many of these items will be sold instantly.
Shards – While to a certain extent shards can be valuable for you because we all need champions, know your limit. There are ways around not having the TOP TIER champions in this game, outside of top competitive arena.
