Upcoming Champion Rebalance!

Plarium have released information about an upcoming Champion Rebalance that will be targeting some of Raid’s weakest Epic Champions. Let’s take a look at what’s in store for the upcoming patch.

Spacer

Lady Etessa

[Whiplash]
Attacks 1 enemy.
Has a 75% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn.

[Blessed Missiles]
Attacks 1 enemy.
Has a 40% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff for 2 turns.

[Fiend Purge]
Attacks 1 enemy with 2 random allies.
Damage inflicted by this Champion and any allies joining this attack will be increased by 20% if the target is under a [Fear], [True Fear], [Freeze], [Provoke], [Sleep], [Stun], or [Petrification] debuff. Allies joining the attack use their default skills.

Teshada

[Savage Fury]
Damage will be based on [DEF] alone instead of [ATK] and [DEF].
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on this Champion for 2 turns.

[Maximum Carnage]
Damage will be based on [DEF] alone instead of [ATK] and [DEF].
Attacks 3 times at random. Each hit has a 75% chance of placing a 25% [Weaken] debuff for 2 turns.

[Spirit Appeasement]
Revives an ally with 40% HP and 40% Turn Meter, then heals all allies by 15% of their MAX HP.

Lvl 2: Heal +5%
Lvl 3: Heal +5%
Lvl 4: Heal +10%

Jarang

[Stunning Toss]
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn.

[Talons]
Attacks 3 times at random. Has a 75% chance of placing a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff and a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns.

It’s funny how Plarium tries to keep strong champions in only a few factions and keep the weak ones on others. Even the “rebalance” reflect this. Most good champions in the game are High Elves, Barbarians, Demonspawn, while some other factions are known for weak champions, with one or another exception (Sacred Order and Lizardman are good examples). The rebalance made the barbarian Teshada actually usefull (but not overpowered) while kept the other champions almost as useless as they were.

they have a massive backlog of champs that need updates so hopefully they get to them all they should be focusing on the worst of the worst champs legos then epics

I think they sjould prioritize buffing epics, as for example, very few players own a Jingwon, but a lot of players own a Teshada.

and the jarang kinda seems redundant to put it at 75 when he attacks 2 times dual stun?
