2 for 1 Ancient Summoning Event and 2x Speed Event
Today we received information from Plarium that there will be a 2-for-1 event happening in Raid Shadow Legends for Ancient Shards this week. We have seen many of these events in the past and the rules are simple, if you pull a legendary from ancient shards during the event, you will receive another legendary as a bonus.
These events basically create a mini 2x ancient event because although the chance of pulling a legendary is still lower than usual, you will get 2 rather than one if you do get lucky.
Unfortunately, this event is running just days after the close of the most recent 2x Ancient Weekend, meaning that it is likely that most players will have depleted their reserves of Ancient Shards already.
These events are a great way to pick up some legendary champions for your account – especially if you think that you are close to hitting the mercy system. However, it is also important to keep in mind that with the end of the current fusion we are expecting information on a potential Halloween fusion starting either next week or the week after, meaning that you may want to hold on to your shards.
It is important to note that at the same time as this event is running there is also a 2x Speed Gear Event and a Tournament for a skin for Trunda. The combination of all 3 events in Raid Shadow Legends at the same time is going to make for an exceptionally busy start to the week depending on if you choose to take part in them.

On Tuesday, October 18th, we’re planning to launch Extra Legendary event for Ancient Shards
You’ve already familiar with the mechanics, if you summon a Legendary Champion from an Ancient Shard during this event, you’ll get a different, extra one from that same Shard. It works only once per user per event.
You won’t be charged Silver for the Extra Summon. Although, keep in mind, the Extra Champion won’t be counted towards quests, Events, or Tournaments.

That is the exactly event I was waiting for! Last time i pulled an ancient was in July. Now i have 210 ancient shards and i’m at 182/200 for the pity so I wanted this type of event so bad.
I think I’m going to pass on this Extra event. I just pulled a Norog this past weekend, and I’m only 20 or 30 in. Chances are slim, and I want to save up. I didn’t deplete everything I had, but I did push for the Fusion.
Only pull for this if you know you’re close to mercy.
2x speed is hype though! My secondary speed gear is trash, and I need tourney points for Ramantu. I’m likely pushing a bit for training as well, to get my Teumesia and Kymar up to 60.
So how can we tell if we are close to the mercy cap?
Use either the Scratch tracker thingy, or just write down the shards you pull.
Never mind I found it in searches. Seems plarium would want you to know to boost shard sales when someone was close.
