Champion Spotlight – Rotos The Lost Groom

Rotos The Lost groom who wanders around looking for his bride is an absolute powerhouse in Raid Shadow Legends. This PvP god will gain extra turn after extra turn! The block revive will come in clutch when in arena or if you plan to use him in the Ice Golem.

Rotos is a Magic affinity legendary from the Undead Hordes faction.

Rotos was introduced as a fusion to Raid: Shadow Legends in February 2020. Rotos became the strongest Arena champion ever to enter the game and when partnered with Siphi the Lost Bride it resulted in him being a one-man killing machine!

In September 2020 he was nerfed and now he sits in the meta as a strong legendary for Arena and Clan Boss and GOD tier for Ice Golem (mainly due to his ability to block revive on an enemy).

Rotos could become one of the best tanks to absorb the hex from Koldath in Doom Tower due to his scaling HP pool and passive ability to take 50% damage and then stop further damage.

When building Rotos make sure you have 100% Crit rate, high Crit damage and a strong HP% pool. Rotos has an amazing passive allowing him to take a hit but lose a maximum of 50% of his health. When attacking with his A2 he can also drain HP to build up towards a very high HP pool. He has one of the most interesting kits of any champion in Raid: Shadow Legends.

Hi, you should do a renewed guide on him if you’re highlighting him, but maybe I am too direct. :)

Anyone having trouble using the artifact optimizer? I’m getting a response to the server error.

which built is good for rotos, attack based or HP based ?

Question – doesn’t it actually make sense to equip him with only enough HP to stay alive through round 1. Thinking is: This allows you to build ATK – improving vitality plunder which, in turn, improves odds of maxing the HP pool. If HP pool is maxed this further increases the odds of a block revive when utilizing Fated Destruction?
