Ghoulish Ranger

Ghoulish Ranger was dared to stare at the sun for as long as he could, this led to his demise and the fiery stare we still see today.

He has 3 reasonable debuffs that can aid you early game including decrease accuracy, leech and HP Burn. Leech will allow others in your team to heal by a % of the damage they do and decrease accuracy gives others a good chance to land their abilities. All that said you will quickly out scale a Ghoulish Ranger and other than some Faction Wars, he isn’t going to be worth you investing time and effort into maxing him out.

Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 35% chance of placing a 25% [Decrease ACC] debuff for 2 turns. Places an extra hit if the target is under a [Decrease ACC] debuff.

Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 45% chance of placing a [Leech] debuff for 2 turns.
