Marvell Animus Overview
Marvell is a SR Constant champion that excels at battlefield control through debuffs and Turn Meter manipulation. His ability to silence enemies and steal or delay turns makes him a potent disruptor in both PvP and PvE settings. His reliable debuff application and action denial capabilities anchor him as a valuable tactical unit for methodical team compositions.
Marvell is the first Animus in Etheria: Restart to bring [RES-]. His skill 3, Stasis Strike, also brings [SPD-] AND Turn Meter Steal on an AoE as well. This is great for control and makes it so much easier for your team to get off their valuable debuffs. His skill 2, Tactical Silence, does exactly what it says on the tin, placing [Silence] on a target and one other random enemy. His skill 1, Disintegrated, also steals Turn Meter from a single target. He will be a nightmare to face if built properly and a blessing to have on your squad.
Due to Marvell being an excellent Speed Manipulator, we highly advise maxing his Skill 1 first, as the upgrade notes contain Speed Bonuses that will greatly help you overcome your enemies in both PVE and PVP content.

Disintergrated
Marvell deals 240% damage to a single enemy, with a 40% chance of stealing 15% Turn Meter from the target.
- Level 2: Increases damage multiplier to 220%.
- Level 3: Increases the effect of Action Steal to 15%.
- Level 4: Increases damage multiplier to 240%.
- Level 5: Increases the chance of Action Steal to 40%.
Tactical Silence
Deals 330% damage to the main target and a random enemy, with a 50% chance to inflict [Silence] for 1 turn.
[Silence]: Can only cast 1 skill(s).
- Level 2: Increases damage multiplier to 300%.
- Level 3: Increases the chance of inflicting [Silence] to 50%.
- Level 4: Increases damage multiplier to 330%.
- Level 5: Reduces Skill CD by 1 turn.
Stasis Strike
Deals 280% damage to all enemies, with a 100% chance to inflict a 2-turn [SPD-] and [RES-] debuff, and a 60% chance to decrease the target’s Turn Meter by 40%.
[SPD-]: Decreases SPD by 30%.
[RES-]: Decreases Effect RES by 40%.
- Level 2: Increases damage multiplier to 280%.
- Level 3: Increases Turn Meter setback effect to 40%.
- Level 4: Increases the chance of inflicting [SPD-] and [RES-] to 100%.
- Level 5: Reduces Skill CD by 1 turn.
