Sharon Boss Guide
Sharon is the eighth boss you will face in Etheria: Restart’s Grim Pursuit, a content area specifically focused on farming Shells to enhance your Animus Builds.

How to beat Sharon

There are multiple effective ways to take down Sharon, each built around neutralizing her dangerous DoT scaling and Speed buff mechanics. One of the safest approaches is to run a cleanse and immunity-focused team. Sharon constantly applies DoTs and amplifies their damage through her passive, so bringing heroes like Helkid (who provides shields and immunity) or Lingluo (who offers both immunity and cleanse) can keep your team safe from her core threat. Budget options like Cachi the Guard or DokiDoki also work well—Cachi offers short-term immunity, while DokiDoki cleanses each turn and keeps your team cycling quickly with Speed boosts.
Another viable tactic is to block or strip Sharon’s buffs, particularly the Speed+ she applies with her Skill 1, Minuet. Left unchecked, this buff allows Sharon to snowball and overwhelm your team with rapid DoT applications. Heroes like Heinrich and Tsutomu can block buffs outright, though Tsutomu is single-target. More flexible are buff removers like Xiada, who strips with every Skill 1 use, or Veronika, who steals and spreads the buff to your own team. Kazami Kazuyo and Turandot also have reliable buff removal options, making them strong counterpicks if you’re struggling with Sharon’s tempo.
If you’d rather bypass mechanics altogether, you can lean into a full DoT damage strategy. Despite being a DoT-focused boss herself, Sharon is still vulnerable to being overwhelmed by heroes like Obol, Fangus, and Withered Shadow Sania, who deal significant DoT damage over time. Teams like Chiaki Echo, Obol, Fangus, and Withered Shadow Sania can race her down quickly, ignoring the need for debuff management by simply out-damaging her before she becomes a problem. This is a strong strategy for players who want a fast, aggressive clear and don’t mind a bit of risk.
Finally, you can use the tried-and-true Taunt Tank strategy with Rin to shut Sharon down almost entirely. Since Taunt is the only control effect she’s vulnerable to, Rin can keep Sharon locked onto her, especially when equipped with the Bramble Set to reapply Taunt through counterattacks. Pairing Rin with Lingluo or another sustain option ensures she can survive long enough to neutralize Sharon’s skills. Alternatively, you can run a burst comp with Strike Prep controllers like RC-77, Lily, or Chiaki the Echo alongside high-damage carries like Victor, aiming to end the fight before Sharon’s DoTs have time to stack out of control.
