Plarium announce new type of Summoning Event, but is it a trap?
This Friday, Plarium are planning to launch TWO events simultaneously!
A classic x10 event to summon the following Champions from Ancient, Void and Sacred Shards:
- Vrask
- Doompriest
- Basher
- Inquisitor Shamael
- Golden Reaper
- Altan
- Septimus
- Martyr
- Bad-El-Kazar
- Angar
While this is an incredibly good x10 event, with some amazing champions for all-round use and a large focus on Doom Tower (especially the new bosses!) It does land just 5 days before the new Fusion events begin.
But that’s not all, Plarium is bringing a NEW type of event alongside this x10 event:
Extra Legendary Event: The algorithm is simple, IF you summon a Legendary champion from an ancient shard during this weekends events, you WILL get a different, extra legendary from that SAME shard. It works once per user per event, you will not be charge silver for the extra summon. Although keep in mind, the Extra champion will not be counted towards events, quests or tournaments, and will not reset your mercy system counters.
So this may be a large trap due to the fusion coming next week and predicted x2 chance on Ancient Shards next weekend, but is it worth it to you? Are these x10 champions ones that you’ll be gunning for? Let us know in the comments!
Suggestion, current optimiser doesn’t work if game gets an update and the optimiser hasn’t been updated as well . Instead of not being useful at all with an error advising optimiser requires update allow it to function as it did prior game update with a message advising that new content still to be added…..

You can, however, still use the optimizer with previously uploaded data for this time the uploader has not been updated to work with the new version of the game.
(as already said, the uploader can’t extract game data from another version of the game as it is designed for. For those who are interested in a bit of technical detail: it extracts the data from the running game’s memory module GameAssembly.dll, but this assembly (specifically the location and structure of the game data in memory) changes with each new game version causing incompatibility so the extractor/uploader needs to be changed as well to read the data from the new version’s memory module. )
I’m 32 days into this game, I just got my first Sacred shard, and I have a 1 Void and 4 Ancient. i have no Legendary Champs yet. I think for me its worth using them in the 10x event. what do you think?
well you have to remember that you still have a 0.5% chance of getting a legendary and 5 shards is not a lot with those odds. Maybe the sacred though….dunno its up to you :)
I think you are much better off waiting for a 2x event. 10x events make more sense for people who are looking for certain champions. For a new account you are better off getting any epic or legendary champion to improve your account and 2x events, well, double your odds. I’d rather have a 16% chance to get an epic on a 2x and have champs like Miscreated, Serris, etc. in the pool of possible pulls, then only 8% and have higher odds of getting certain epics for a new account.
I’m saving everything for Underpriest Brogni. Unfortunately I blew all my resources right before the announced the fusion, so I may not be able to save up enough, But it seems like the better odds.
I still like HellHades advice in his latest vid talking about the event. If you are new to the game, then I would wait to pull on a 2x event, your odds are way better at getting a champion that you need. If you are a massive whale and need one of these above champs, then go for it.
I am not FTP, and I plan on spending some money on the packs when the fusion event drops. As much as these champs are good for my account, Id rather gamble with getting a legendary during the fusion event when I pull shards for the summoning chase part of the event. Brogni is a going to fill a HUGE gap in my account.
Also want to say a big thank you to HellHades, your videos are what made my account better and you attention to detail make it easy to follow and recreate teams that have pushed me into content I did not think I was going to be able to handle. I always come back here for the latest news and your advice on anything in this game :)
Been very lucky, pulled 6 blu ones and got Nogdar and Altan as extra Lego. I guess I was close to Mercy system :)
58 ancients and only get 1 vrask. They suckered me.
Pulled group of 10 ancient shards got two epics Vrask and Reinbeast. Decided to pull 1 more and got Septimus and then Lord Shazar as extra lego so I am happy with results. I think I was just close on mercy system.
T-Bone … for what I pulled I’m not going to complain, but I’m Jealous about your Septimus :)
GMan4Life seems like for this kind of event it worth to pull Ancient only if you are close to the Mercy phase
HH … I would mention this in one of your next videos. Pull in this event if you know you are close to be inside Mercy system :)
I have to share what happened to my F2P account in this event. It may not be special, but for a quite young account … it took my breath away, which was unfortunate because I really needed it for an exuberantly happy scream.
I had managed to collect a bit more than 40 ancient shards for the upcoming fusion event, but decided to use them here anyway. The first set of 10 – an Adriel and 9 rares. Not what I was looking for, I wanted a legendary not an epic; but it was absolutely no surprise. I didn’t really expect anything, I was just hoping.
The second set of 10 – I couldn’t believe my eyes. A golden border gleamed on the screen. A legendary! I tried to look through the visual effect to see which champion I got … and again couldn’t believe it. It was Septimus. What a game changer! Eyes and mouth wide open, with a cheerful grin across all four cheeks I turned my head to the right, where the promised second legendary had appeared, and I …
… almost fell from the chair. I have seen that portrait. Not on this account, not on my main account. Only in videos, on websites, and of course in opposing arena teams. I didn’t have the time and ressources when there was his fusion event, so I couldn’t get him even on my main account, and here he was: Astralon.
And I still have the remaining 20+ ancient shards. Oh, and the second set of 10 (or 11, to be precise) included my second Ursine and my third Valla. Yay. But even if all the other pulls were Flingers and Acolytes, I now have a Septimus and an Astralon!
Sometimes life is good.
17 Ancient Pulls – 1 Epic (Cannoness) and 16 garbage duplicate rares. Not even one of the 10X champs. Tell me the RNG works like it’s supposed to. 160 days in and 0 Leggos. Put that with the broken arena and you have the basis for a rage quit – add to that Plarium’s non answer to the problem. Time to find a better game methinks. “If I was helf the man I used to be, I’d take a FLAME THROWER to this place!”
the rng works like its supposed to. what did you expect, 15 leggos and a coffee?
I made out OK but not great. ( managed Queen Eva and a Duplicate Cillian…he became a book for my current Cillian. I have noticed that if you run a 10X series of Rares at once, there seems to be an increased likelihood of at least hitting for an Epic, and I have hit for at least 4 Legendaries that way. I have experienced the past year playing during the lockdown in an odd way from probably a lot of folks… I have pulled 5 resurrectionists, with Duchess as my first ever Legendary… which colors my entire approach to the game. I’ve also pulled all 3 counterattackers, Valk first, Martyr second, then finally Skullcrusher about a month ago. I even pulled Warlord a couple months ago… but can I pull any of the common Legendaries and Epics that most people seem to pull? oh hell no. thousands of blues, no skullcrown… Septimus? no chance. Bad el? nope. so it’s been interesting.
I have a secondary FTP account almost at level 40.
I risked 10 Ancients – which wasn’t much of a risk tbh.
I pulled Bad-el and Martyr, so I tried on my main lvl 63 FTP Account.
Spend 900 gems too and guess what – Nothing, not even a decent Rare.
There is a pattern emerging now, that I’m getting much better drops (artefacts) and champs on my lower level account, which is all the more frustrating.
I already have 3 decent champs in CH, Jareg and Vogoth on that lower level FTP account.
